The "Goldilocks" store.There are only a few furniture stores in Suffolk. I visited all of them in search of a recliner. Manual recline, leather on the touch surfaces. Was that too much to ask? Maybe.One of the "budget" stores only had cloth covered. The overstuffed cushions were a sign of ...well... I will let you decide. Nothing felt right. A second store had mostly motorized recliners. One even had a full leather cover. Unfortunately it was double my price range. Then came Brandon house. There was more than one that fit the criteria. I eventually decided on a Parker Gemini. But by now there was no rush. So I went home to compare prices with other Parker dealers, internet and retail. Brandon House tied for the lowest price.I felt like GOLDILOCKS. Just right!The color I wanted was on back order. That is a supply problem corroborated by other stores I called. My chair arrived after 8 months and it was worth the wait. Thank you Brandon house.

We have enjoyed many purchases from Brandon House. They carry all styles and types of furniture & accessories. The staff is very friendly and they can help you with selections that you don't see on the floor. If you make one purchase you'll come back for all of your furniture needs.

Great in store service. We loved the quality of furniture so we bought a king size headboard and was told that it would arrive in four to six weeks. Well, at six weeks I hadn't heard anything, so I called and they looked it up and called back saying it would be closer to seven weeks. So I waited a week and called back, and the man I talked to was very short with me and said he heard me talking to the other guy last week and it would be a little longer and hung up on me! So I waited another week and called again and they said they were expecting a shipment any day and it should be here. Well two weeks later and still nothing and I call any they tell me any day. They called the next Friday and we picked it up to save on shipping and assembled it ourselves and we are pleased with it. Over all I would probably order from them again, but I just don't like being treated like I am bothering people when inquiring about my bed that is five weeks late for delivery!

Really beautiful furniture and a lot of unique pieces, especially some gorgeous dining tables, and also very nice decorative items. Brandon was so friendly and helpful, it was like hanging out with a friend! No pressure and he was so nice to measure things for me multiple times! I didn't quite find what I wanted in the right small enough size but I'll be back and am telling my family and friends to check it out!

WELL WORTH IT!I normally don't give 5 star reviews unless a place truly is exceptional, this place is! Brandon met us when we came in, listen to what our situation was, told us upfront all issues regarding delays in getting stuff in. He showed us exactly what we wanted and went out of his way to help us. Delivery guys were respectful and efficient, set everything up and even tested the power recliners to ensure things worked.Unfortunately we found a factory repair to one of our recliners. When I called Brandon back to inform him, he immediately came to a solution that made us very happy! Highly, highly recommend this furniture store!

Quality and selection of furniture and prices are good. Everyone is really nice and great to deal with.

This was not do to COVID-19... I would give them no stars if I could! I bought a $2,600. Lift chair and within two weeks had to get a second one because of electrical problems..I then decided just getting a simpler chair for $1400. I had finance the first chair and Brandon House WOULD NOT give me a receipt for the second chair and would not change the amount with the finance company! I had to fight tooth and nail with them to get the finance company to investigate to get it straightened out. Meanwhile Brandon House is telling me each time I called them it has been taken care of and receipt is in the mail each time!! Beware! It took the finance company three months to straighten this rip-off out!
