Bowlero Yorktown

After giving this business a 5 star sting I reluctantly have to change it due to 2 recent visits. My family and I have visited their location since 2018 and the staff has always been friendly. Recently I called 15 before arrival assuring lanes were available. A friendly female said sure come on in. After arrival I had a interaction with a heavy set white gut with glasses. Who instructed me no lanes were available although the place was half empty. We accepted that after coming 40 minutes to this place. However the same thing happened again last night where I encountered the same rude white guy saying no lanes available... Although I called ahead of time and was advised again lanes were available. Needless to say we will never attend this bowling alley again and would like to thank the Williamsburg location as they were friendly and accepted our business and invited us back.
