Bowlero Williamsburg

They forgot about my breadsticks and I never got them. By the time we reminded them we had about 45 minutes left. When we checked again 20 minutes later they showed no sign of starting them. We had to cancel the order and I left with NO breadsticks. It is the only food we ordered! The bowling was fine.

Used Bowlero for a group outing. The preparation ahead of time was great. They were very responsive and on top of getting the event order exactly what we were looking for. Estrella was great to work with in preparing the event. The event itself went over fine the only glaring issue is that this bowling alley is severely understaffed. There were maybe 5-8 concurring events going on at once by my estimate with only 4 total staff members working. The biggest issue with this was food as they simply did not have the man power to keep up with demand. This spot could be really great but until they hire more staff it will be held back.

Someone hit my car in the parking lot. That was wild games were fun. Teenage mutant ninja turtles was the best. Saddened by the latter heavily reflected my views. Parking lot is terrible

If I could give it ZERO stars I definitely would. Upon arriving we were told we would pay $25 for the unlimited play but did not inform us that the unlimited play started at a specific time (8pm) and we arrived at 6:30pm. So being that the person at the desk did not inform us of the time, we were told that we had to pay full price after finishing our games. We brought it up to the people at the desk and they gave us nothing but attitudes and lied about being there when we first walked in. Absolutely NOBODY mentioned the time the unlimited play started so it was completely unfair for them to continuously argue with me about what was not said and not offer any compensation. I will not be returning. I will not recommend anybody to come here. Terrible service. Please hire new hosts or just consider closing it down completely. The place was empty and it should not have taken so long to receive our food as well. My time spent here was not pleasant.

Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday without committing to a birthday package. The bowling place itself is nice. Lots of lanes and a decent snack bar. One of the things I love most is that they have a great military discount! There's music playing throughout and I could see why birthday parties or other celebrations would choose this location, as the staff has been pretty helpful when necessary. The thing I would note is that the shoe rental is a little pricey and the quality of the food is pretty average. Overall, when visiting Williamsburg we would certainly come back. It's a place for just a good time.

Please do not go here. it was incredibly expensive for a mid bowling experience. $118 for 3 players playing 3 games. absolutely outrageous. they also were not clear about the pricing beforehand. there is no reason bowling should be this expensive. literally go anywhere else

Called for 4 hours .. no answer no response.Show up .. all lanes full all day .No notice for that on the website , or socialMedia or their phone message .

We had outdoor plans and the rain came :( checked out several options before choosing bowling. It was so much fun! Great music, garlic parm. fries were so good. We didn't play the arcade this time but it looks fun.

I came in town to hang out with some friends and we wound up going to the bowling alley on Friday night. I haven't bowled in years and it was a great time. We did the unlimited bowling and we ordered the pizza and beer special. All the service was great and the food and beers were delicious. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Parents - this is a great spot!From the minute we walked in the door (late!), it was clear that making this a great visit for our family was a top priority of the manager and staff. From helping us find the right bowling equipment for our toddler, to adding someone to our group last minute, to the food service - everyone was super responsive and accommodating. We had almost given up on this place from our original visit, but it is clear that a great manager (Nisha - asked the team for her name!) makes all the difference. It may have limited games and be an older facility, but - it's a bowling alley! It had everything we needed for a family night out (including kids fav arcade racing game). PS Never leave yelp reviews but was so genuinely impressed by everyone working here.
