Inconsiderate staff and incompetent manager. Playing dumb is their defense mechanism. If you can make it past that then the bowling experience might be enjoyable.*Update (02/08/2025): The response from the business manager below is an auto response. No one will reach out. As far as I'm concerned this company is trash.

Went with a group of friends and we all agreed that two hours of straight bowling on a groupon is a bit too much bowling,yet a good deal that includes shoe rental. We bowled for an hour and it felt like it had been 2 hours. Haha The lanes are fine. The bowling alley itself does not look in disrepair. Some of the bowling balls need to be replaced because they are chipping. Staff were fine. Utilization of the groupon was easy. It was a pleasant time with friends, however it did get hot inside. Use of the ceiling fans would have been helpful.

Pretty chill bowling alley !!! I always have great service over here and the staff is super friendly and available compared to the other alleys. I personally like their food more , idk, it's bowling food , but it hits different.If you want a lane, you gotta get here early however as the lanes do fill up.

I mean, being one of the few places to bowl in the Lynnhaven area, I suppose it's ok. A good amount of the bowling balls are chipped, the food is, as you'd expect from a bowling alley, pricey and mediocre, and playing for more than a game can get expensive. Also, screw paying for the shoes, it's just a way for them to squeeze more money outta ya. So yea, bring some friends so you can take your time on a game and enjoy yourselves for a while.They also have a small section with arcade type games like at Dave & Buster, but why would you go to a bowling alley for that when there literally is a D&B across the road at the mall?

Stopped by to play with my family (3 adults and 3 children) and were told it would be $30 per person for 3 games, non negotiable. That would have been $180 for at most an hour of entertainment because there is no way the kids would have lasted three games. I have never been to a bowling alley where you didn't either pay by the hour or the game unless you were specifically buying a party package. We walked right out and will not be back. I can't believe this place has five stars because honestly who can afford those prices?? Very very disappointing experience.

Wow I had no clue this one was here!!! Very old building but looks great inside! Friday morning so many spots open to bowl!! Lots of games and very clean! We are the only ones with the seats this close to the lanes! We have one and two!

The staff was amazing!! They made the atmosphere so delightful and the service was amazing. Definitely coming back!

For open bowling, this place is OK, for league bowling, not so much. Last year they lanes were often breaking down and lane conditions were terrible. This year, mechanics are better but still far from great and while the lanes are ok, the approaches are terrible. Chesapeake has much better conditions for serious league bowlers, but if you wanna bring the family here it's fine.Don't get me wrong, some bowlers do very well here, I just find that overall conditions are not as good as they could be, as some of us have problems sticking and almost falling over at the foul line. Just my opinion.

Fun place, amazing staff and great environment! The staff is very attentive, food and drinks came out fast, and the games were definitely fun. Will be coming back

Bowlero Lynnhaven offers a joyous venue for all your entertainment needs and me and my work friends had a fantastic time. Additionally, our server was attentive and kept our drinks full for the entirety of our stay. We also had a good time in the arcade which was surprisingly clean.
