Bounce House

The Bounce House is a great value with affordable prices and recent upgrades. The new attractions are fun, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Went there for a bday party and one of the bounce houses was ripped at the seam. My 2 year old daughter fell through the seam onto the hard floor outside of the bounce house and hit her head very hard. They need to sew up and fix the broken bounce houses before they have a law suit on their hands. Unacceptable

I was incredibly disappointed with the facility. We booked a private room for two hours for my sons birthday party. We found we had to share the "private bounce room" for 30 minutes with another party. Then at the one hour mark, they closed the room for "cleaning" and we had to go into the large public room. Honestly, none of this was explained to me when I booked it. I felt like it was a waste of our money and time. I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience.

Came back for the first time in a while and it was such a blast! And absolutely so clean and organized!! We got there when they opened and we have the whole place to ourselves for about 40 minutes on a Saturday!! We spent 3 hours there and the kids never got board!!$5 for 2 and under $9 for 2 and up! You also can leave and come back the same dayThey do sell some snacks and drinks as well! Lots of places for parents to sit and rest! Good amount of baby and toddler toys.

Do NOT have your party here- very disorganized operation and pricey I booked a party for my 6 year old 5 weeks in advance. I paid a deposit. I confirmed the week prior. I arrived 25 minutes before my party time and was told "we don't have a record of your reservation- you must have booked at our other location." I did not, and had the deposit receipt to prove it. That is the last thing you want to hear as a parent about to shell out a lot of money to make your kid happy on his birthday. There was a lot of tap dancing and shuffling and was told they could put us in a smaller room that didn't have access to the private bounce area (the only reason why we opted to have a party there). The entire operation seemed very disorganized. They got us into a room and I was given a half joking apology "Sorry I almost gave you heart attack, haha." I didn't find any of this funny. For anyone that decides to have a kid's birthday party at a venue like this you pay good money to NOT stress! This was the exact opposite. A different person came back and asked if we needed anything and I said "yes I'm tracking we're supposed to have food and drinks" the person seemed surprised. The food arrived an hour into the party. We ended up having access to the private bounce area but it was shared with another party going on (not what was promised to me when I booked).While I was cutting into the cake to give to the kids a worker showed up and said "Excuse me you have 20 minutes left." You couldn't have read the room a little and waited a few minutes to tell me that?I had the room cleared out in my allotted time. I went to the front desk to settle my balance. I expected a discount due to the mixup- or at the very least a genuine apology. They asked me to pay the full amount and said "you had your party, you got food, I can't give you a discount." They offered NOTHING to make it right- not even a decent apology. If they did anything to make this situation right I'd be leaving a very different review right now. Mixups happen, I get it- but do something to show you actually care about your customers and the service you're providing. Bad business. Don't have your party here- you'll stress more than it's worth.

This place is awesome! First time here and my son loves it. Place is very spacious and the bounce houses are huge and adventurous for the kids. They have something for all ages of kids. There are 3 different play rooms. Some have ride in toys, play houses, kitchens, etc... Refreshments are a great price and the staff was really nice.

Had my three year old's birthday party here, overall had a great experience. We had one of the basic party rooms (not the private larger one) and it was very cramped with all the kids and parents. We should have scoped the place out first as we had never been before. Our party package we bought stated that we were supposed to have a "party attendant" which was not the case. I would have a party here again, but will spring for the larger room

We had a blast at the bounce house! There is an area for the younger toddler ages kids! There are multiple bouncy houses with maxes and slides. Adults are allowed to accompany kids on the slides thankfully or I do not think my 2 year old would have enjoyed this place that much. They are open until 8 pm everyday except Sunday which is a huge plus in cold or bad weather. Pricing to get in is not much at all! You only pay for the kids and it's about $5.50. There were a ton of people, kids, and even a birthday party happening, but there was more than enough things to do and it was overcrowded. The only downfall is the place is a little run down and dirty feeling. The toys are old and it could just use a refresh in paint to clean the place up. Some things are duct taped on the wall.

Is it cheap? Yes. Your kids can bounce for really cheap. Socks are sold for $1.00 if you forget to bring a pair. Is it clean? Meh. It could be better. I did see them clean a party room and they did it fast and it was spotless. Here's where they get you: concessionsPretzel $3.00Small popcorn $3.00Can of Coke $1.00The pretzel is microwaved. So really hard and chewy and you can get a small popcorn at the hardware store (you know the one) for free. Also, they don't allow ANY outside food or drinks. So leave your Starbucks at home.

My 1 year old absolutely loved this place!! They even have a designated toddler bounce house that she enjoyed. There were also little cars kids could ride, and it was very affordable. The place was also very clean!
