It's a good place to have the kids run and get all there energy out. I arrived around three and it was not crowed at all. The establishment was clean and the staff was very friendly. I like that they provide tables in the middle of the place for parents who want to see all the action, and comfy couches in corners and away from the kids so the parent can relax and still keep and eye on their kid. During the summer they have it so you pay once your child is free for a week as long as you keep a stamp card they give you on your initial visit. I will be returning. My son enjoyed himself and so did I.

Wondering, first of all, why we walked in and the front desk was empty on a Saturday evening, for a good 4 minutes. Now, 4 minutes may not seem like a lot...but when you walk into this place, 4 minutes is an eternity. So the two workers walk up after our 4 minute wait, both of whom look a good ripe 15, and we pay to get in. Kids running around everywhere, parents sitting down, 70% of them paying no mind to what their children are doing. WTF PARENTS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DAMN KIDS......and WTF 15 YEAR OLD WORKERS, PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE KIDS CLIMBING UP THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOUNCE HOUSES. I sat there and watched one out of control kid fall square on his head. I also sat there and watched a "boy" or "man child"? clearly older than 12 and weighing over 120lbs bounce around happily on every bounce house there. Who the hell runs this place? What a cluster f*#k. I suppose though that the bounce house maintains no liability. Everything that happens is on the parent. Each bounce house clearly states "do not enter without parent supervision".

Went here with my son on Thursday and it was just okay. It was worth the money to play for 3 hours, yes. I have been to other bounce houses that had a ton more to do for a cheaper cost. There's probably 9 bounce houses and one basket ball hoop inflatable for kids to play on. The max weight is 120lbs but they kids working there really don't seem to mind when adults are in there with their kids. There's no waiver to sign. The massage chair was broken and I think it broke my heart a little, haha. It's one of those that you see in the mall and pay a buck for. The teen working at the register wasn't sure how to fix it.There's baskets to put your stuff, tables to eat snacks at, and probably 4 couches to sit on.. and the couches were actually pretty comfortable. They sell socks for a dollar.. but we went to dollar tree first for a 3 pack of socks for the both of us.The inflatables themselves are a bit run down. There's a lot of duct tape holding some of them together but they supported my weight well when I had to climb in to rescue my 3 year old lol. There's also awesome video arcade games.. one is the Simpsons for only 25 or 50c.. very 90s!!The toddler section had play tents, a couch, a farm inflatable and a few kitchen/car toys.I do like that if you come once you can come back all week. I am off 3 week days and plan on using this. I am hoping to go with friends for a better experience. A lone kid in a big giant bounce house (we were the only people there for 2 hours) isn't as fun as a gaggle of kids running around playing.

If you're looking for hell on earth, I think I might have just the place for you. For starters, it's filled with the ear (and soul) piercing screeches of small human children. You may think these kids have gone and gotten stuck in one of these contraptions and are dying a torturous death, but upon inspection they appear to actually be having fun. This fun consists of a lot of various ages jumping and bumping chaotically up and down all over these inflated epidemic containment units. Secondly, the lack of supervision here is criminal. I've seen multiple parents actually sleeping on the couches instead of being decent and responsible. There are some very large 12 year olds (age limit) enjoying this place. It's frightening when you have very small preschool children. I think people are forgetting to teach children respect and courtesy. Thirdly, this place is really dirty. The stench on this particular day was overwhelmingly noxious. There were a couple of kids roaming about parentless with stinky boo boo diapers. It was nauseating. I kept watching to see if they had parents but for over an hour, I never saw an adult near either. Other than the smell and those specific children, the surfaces appeared to be unclean, the carpet was disgusting, there were random food items and dirty socks laying about, and the bathrooms were filthy. The staff is super friendly but I've never seen anyone over the age of 16 manning this place. Overall I'd say, try it out if you want, I know we were certainly harassed incessantly by the kids until we came here. I wouldn't recommend frequenting the joint though.

Been to several birthday parties here and used some Groupons for this location. I think the place is fine for what it offers. My kids love it there and can spend hours entertaining themselves. We like the fact that they have couches and wi-fi for us to use while the kids play. They havent updated any of the inflatables but I dont think my kids care. The only problem I have encountered with this place are irresponsible parents that just let their kids go wild. My kids have been pushed and shoved by other kids where parents just let them run around crazy. I dont think this is the fault of the owners, but it has made us go there during non peak hours. The location is fairly clean and the bathrooms are pretty clean considering that kids use it constantly.

I just want to start out by saying that the young staff members were friendly and polite. That being said if, like me, you come to this place instead of Chuck E Cheese, hoping to avoid the ghetto/low class element, you will be disappointed. First there is not enough space for parents to sit while the kids play. If you don't mind sharing a picnic style table with strangers, you may be alright. We weren't even that lucky. All seats were taken most of the time we were there. In fact, the Bounce House is altogether smaller than I expected. Still my kids seemed to have fun in this loud, overcrowded space.I still may have been generous and gave The Bounce House 3 stars had my son not been assaulted by an older kid in one of the bounce houses this afternoon. Unfortunately, he didn't tell us until we were in the car on the way home. Apparently, a boy larger than him hit my son over something he said. My son tried to fight back, but the boy overpowered him and punched my son in the eye. Here's the thing, my son is a pretty good sized 8 year old, so this boy was possibly too old to even be on the equipment, as 12 is the age cutoff. Also, I did not once see any staff walk through the area to look into the bounce houses. I saw with my own eyes an older teen on in one of the bounce houses. Perhaps my son would not have been assaulted if the staff monitored the activity in the bounce houses. Had he had been seriously injured this business may have found itself at the wrong end of a lawsuit, as we were not asked to sign a waiver before entering the play area. Before I would go back I would need to know that the staff is better able to help parents supervise children, especially those whose parents don't know or care what their children are doing. My son is a good natured, normal 8 year old and would have been fine interacting with other normal kids. The lack of supervision allows bullies without parental supervision to prey on smaller children. Lastly, I think The Bounce House should consider raising their prices to discourage a certain element. (Yep, I said it.) Raise your prices, fix the place up a bit, and provide some staff supervision and I might consider coming here again.

This place is small, dirty and looks cheap. Most of the inflatables are all patched up, cheap toys I have at my house all around and my son found a band aid on the floor (I should add we arrived when they opened at 10am). We will definitely not be back.

I'm giving 2 stars because my son enjoyed it. If he didn't then that is when I would remove a couple. The place isn't well kept. Everything is dirty. The inflatables are mostly held together by duct tape and they have so many hazards especially with the amount of tiny kiddos running around. There isn't a waiver so that is a liability suit waiting to happen. The place needs proper management or people who are over the age of 15 working here and maybe things would and could improve but until then we won't come back to this one. They have a place in the mall that costs the same price and it's brand new, well maintained, managed properly and is more accommodating for the parents. Clean it upHire proper staff Keep the older kids from running all over the little onesFix the liability issues And fix the dumb cameras hanging everywhere Then we will come back.

I called this place today to see if they were hiring because my sister is in need of a first time job and I was helping her call around places. Someone answers and I ask them if they are hiring. The man says "yes but we are closing this location soon unfortunately" so I said "oh word okay thanks anyways have a good day" clearly meaning oh thanks for the info but clearly it won't work since they're CLOSING. He hangs up on me without saying anything back and then I shortly get a text and it's the OWNER! He texts me saying "you shouldn't have talked to me the owner that way if you wanted a job, you millennials these days" really? You're going to take the time out of your day to get my personal number and text me that !? I explained to him that first of all the job wasn't even for me and that it's extremely unprofessional for him to text my personal number and say something like that. The owners a joke and clearly rude. I'm glad they're closing because I wouldn't of wanted my sister to work somewhere like that.

We came to check the place out as an option for a birthday party. We were disappointed in the lack of seating for adults. The picnic table we sat at was very wobbly and unstable as more people came to sit down. Some of the bounce houses were in meed of cleaning. I didnt see any staff around the floor to help monitor and clean up, only 1 staff person at checkin. There was something wet inside one of the bounce houses the entire time we were there. The only snack choiced were chips and soda and juices behind the checkin. Not sure we will be back.
