First time in here...I know this might be weird but wanted to check if they had any NA selection and they DO!Ok I know that's not what most folks look for in a store for beer. This place is AWESOME! Selection of a TON of canned/bottled beers! Best part is it's organized by style and the gentleman that was working was very knowledgeable. In addition to their huge selection of prepackaged beverages they also have I think 10 beers on tap. With crowlers and growler to go! Check it out!

Never leave disappointed or empty handed. The store is well organized and easy to navigate throughout. No matter what you're in the mood for, there's something for everyone. What makes the visit even better is that they have local beers on tap that you're able to try out before purchasing. Regardless of who is running the front register, staff are more than welcome to help with recommendations and are super friendly from the point of you entering the store to the checkout process. Glad to have a local shop like this in the area.

This bottle store has most of what any craft beer nerd would want. They pack a lot in on there 200 square feet floor, but it is limited. They make up for it with phenomenal service. They are local which makes me happy to keep them in a rotation. I've only been to bottleBox a few times. Unless you know where it is GPS will frustrate you. It's it's off the rear of the road. Parking is free off street. My last visit I checked them out to get a rare brew I heard they had in stock. Unfortunately it sold out. The clerk apologized. I was able to find a few others to purchase. Merchandise is limited, but they have a few items. The price seems inline with chains like Total Wine. The refrigerated section is tiny, so don't expect to grab and go a cold beer. Checkout was smooth. I like the fact they are local, but at the end of the day it's inventory that wins over everything else. They do have growler fills of a few taps.

Man I love this place... When it comes to beer nerd, this a library! Whenever we go to Norfolk, we always have to stop by. Their beer selection is extremely well chosen. Initial impression could lead you to believe they don't have a lot. However, this place is quality vs quantity. Look closely and you'll see that the vast majority of their beers are very hard to find or from nano-breweries. I like to go here for the really delicious and unknown places that exist out there. The staff has always been super friendly and patient with my taste desires. Hands down, I will continue to stop by here every time I go to Norfolk. Do yourself a favor, ALWAYS look at their draft selection. You can tell there is a lot of effort put in to that menu and that's typically where they shine. Excellent selection of craft beers but more importantly excellent selection of ciders lots to try. they sold the business and it has new owners, the new guy seemed nice.

Craft beer on the go! Who wouldn't want that? Having recently discovered bottleBOX, my only regret is that I didn't know about it sooner. With an ergonomic interior that's well lit, clean and easy to navigate - the whole store is small - bottleBOX offers customers both a decent selection of craft beers on tap to fill up their growlers with and shelves packed with great local craft beers, IPAs, ales, Saisons and the occasional hard cider. The beers on tap are displayed on a cool digital menu above the bar, listing their brewer, name, style and alcohol content, making drink selection effortless - no "guessing" about a beer's type based on name here. All of the prices are well marked on the shelves, and most beers are available for purchase in both individual and six-pack form. The bottleBOX employees are very smart about the local breweries - really most of the East Coast breweries in general, and they'll be more than happy to assist you in selecting a craft beer that's attuned to your tastes (or whatever you're craving in the moment). It's a laid back little beer garden that brings craft beers from all over the country to a highly receptive audience in Ghent.

Cool little joint tucked away into a shopping mall off the Ghent thoroughfare. Great tap and bottled beer selection with cool little trinkets and accessories.Oh and SNACKS! Local flavor and just general pretty banging.Will definitely be back-prices aren't bad either.

Excellent hand picked selection. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great prices and reward program. Not a single thing to complain about. The best bottle shop in Hampton roads. Not even close.

Excellent selection of cans and bottles, growler fills and Crowley canning machine for their tap menu.Different beer varieties are separated on shelves and the selections rotate. You will always find something new and interesting here with high quality. New owner Quint knows his beer after spending time in the craft brewing industry in the area.

Owner was super nice and offered the best customer service. I was passing through last week and called the day before for a bunch of singles to go and he had them ready for me within 24 hours. Very polite and great conversation at pick up. Very impressive inventory for a shop like this. Highly recommend.
