Botanica Spiritual House

The Botanica Spiritual House is a little house on the corner that's easy to miss if you don't know what your looking for... Its right across from Wickers Seafood if that helps. The GPS was going through it that day and i passed it 3 times... Smh. The parking lot is very tight and tiny. So be careful because you have to go around the back to get to the parking. Its one way in and out. When i walked in i was greeted right away by Mary Lou, she was very informative and caring. She answered all my questions and took the time to give me advice. She also made sure she greeted every single person that came in!! Very good customer service!! The store carries different herbs, essential oils, crystals, jewelry, and spiritual items. I like buying their spiritual soaps. They make you feel clean from the inside out!! Lol. Good stuff. The prices are pretty reasonable and it's just a fun store to look around!!There is a sign posted out front that says no photos are allowed, and they sincerely mean just that.. Lol. So i couldn't take any pics unfortunately. Checkout is easy and you receive your receipt by text. I like this store and will definitely be back. Check them out!!!

I purchased a ton of smudge sticks from here and im so glad I stumbled upon this gem! The lady working was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. I thought you could get psychic services like palm readings, readings etc... but they don't offer that service. They have an array of things like incense, smudge sticks, cleansing waters, crystals, books, herbs, candles for spell work, new age Wiccan things. I'm definitely going to go back for more things.

We've never met the owner but the lady who works there is a Saint. She has a Great energy about her and it really warms the store up to new customers. They have everything from books to candles and with a knowledgeable staff it really sets this place apart from other stores like it.

I have been here several times, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the wide variety of products. Oils, crystals, incense, books, jewelry, candles and many more items. The Crystals are labeled to help you with your selection.

They sold me a fake rose of Jericho, and when I went to use the black salt, it was actually sand. Beware!! Their goods are fake. Find a real botanica if you need supplies.

this is my favorite botanica. i always recommend. the owner is A GEM, truly knowledgeable, & will give u nothing but the truth when in question, but will also educate you. im not always a fan of the people behind the counter when she isn't there because they aren't always knowledgeable on store products & what they do. i dont mind it when they at least have decent customer service, but there's been just 1-2 ladies in my time of going who weren't the nicest in tone & energy EXCEPT this one guy. can't remember his name, but i truly owe him. he's a feminine, white male, in his mid 20s i'd assume. hair color (i think) was dirty blondish/brown with stubbly facial hair i believe, but i just remember him being so sweet, helpful, knowing immediately what to do after i explained, gave clear instructions, & had great references . i haven't been in since last may, but i hope both are well. prices aren't crazy too, worth value for sure .

It depends on what day you go. Sometimes the person behind the counter is friendly and eager to help and sometimes they're not. They're not the friendliest or most welcoming place. I'm beyond grateful I found a new place off of Battlefield and Campostella. Their energy is ALWAYS good and welcoming.

The owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful. They addressed my needs well, and have a fantastic selection. There are herbs, oils, and stones for almost any spell. They have statues and jewelry as well. The cost is extremely wonderful considering inflation. I was amazed to see high-quality, affordable items. I recommend dropping by, it's really beautiful and well maintained.

The owner is very knowledgeable and gives good customer service when she's in the store but today I interacted with a worker there named Lilly. She's rude, stand-offish, has a horribly dark energy and doesn't know much about any of the products. She told me it's not her job to know about them. I choose not to buy from the store because I only buy these type of products from place and people I feel comfortable with. Hopefully she's removed before another opportunity at a sale is lost due to her lack of knowledge and horrible customer service skills.

The women in this shop were so nice and so helpful. I was looking at singing bowls and I got a beautiful for a great price. Not only did they help me pick it out, they both helped me learn how to use it. The energy is immaculate in there, and I can say this is the best metaphysical, spiritual shop I've been too. This welcoming place has much to offer, definitely my go to shop now.
