My wife, my 3 daughters (10, 8 and 6) and I ate there for the first time. We loved the mom and pop feel of the restaurant. The staff was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the garlic knots, which were amazing. When the waitress brought them out she said, "These look a little too done to me. So if you think so too just let me know and I'll get you some more." They were brown and crispy, but they were still amazing. The marinara sauce that came with the knots was so flavorful and full bodied. I asked if I could buy that sauce by the gallon and the waitress went to ask the owner. Unfortunately the owner said no, but that didn't stop me from getting as much as I could. The waitress brought out our first pizza, cheese and pepperoni, and it looked phenomenal. The waitress stated that she made the second pizza, took her eyes off it for 30 seconds, and it got too dark for their liking/standard. She also said that she was going to bring it out if we wanted it, but they had already started another one. When she brought out the pizza, the crust was a little dark, but not as dark "burnt" as she made it out to be. So in turn we received that pizza on the house and was able to take the other one home.As my wife took a bit into the pizza she said that the sauce was the amazing and I agreed with her. All three (3) of my daughters loved everything about the pizza. Needless to say we will be making the 30+ minute drive on a regular basis to eat there.

Went today for lunch and loved it. My colleague recommended this place as they have vegan options as well as vegan options if you're lactose intolerant or unable to tolerate dairy. This calzone was definitely 10/10 and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them for good tasting food! I am looking forward to trying more menu items!

While visiting family in Virginia Beach, we checked out this pizza place that had rave reviews, and it did not disappoint! The owner took time to explain the menu and how he has expanded the vegan options over the time that he has owned the business. Their options go way beyond just vegan cheese! And they also have some amazing desserts from a local vegan bakery in the area. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and appear to enjoy serving their community. The pizzas came out quickly and tasted delicious! We tried a 10 inch vegan margarita and a 10 inch veggie. Both were fantastic! I think it's also important to add that the prices were reasonable. Often, vegan dishes cost significantly more than their regular counterparts. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.

Glad to have found them since the cafe at Norfolk Botanical Gardens was closed. Service was friendly and food was delivered hot in around 5-7. They rotate around town, but are at NBG Tuesdays until end of September. Find where they will be on their Facebook page @ Facebook.com/bodaciouspizza or foodtrucksearcher.com for them and other great area trucks. I did not expect much, but was surprised at how good our pepperoni and cheese was. Thin crust with plenty of toppings. They no longer have the wagon with the oven fired if you were use to this. I can only vouch for the pizza, but they do have other items on menu such as Calzones. I would not hesitate trying them again.

We had an event at work where this pizza truck was our guest of honor and as soon as they came on the scene, the line formed fast! Since I was part of coordinating the event, I had to observe the wait to determine if we will use them again.I saw a lot of smiling faces once my coworkers received their pizza, so I knew they were pleased. The time it took for someone to put their order in to actually getting their food was approximately 10 mins, not bad for fresh cooked pizza. I think they handled the crowd well, at least a couple of hundred people. Now for the pizza, I tried the Mediterranean. The veggies (olives, tomatoes, spinach), feta cheese, and garlic olive oil was very good! It was fresh, and the veggies were not over cooked. It was thin crust and pizza is a 10 inch size, costing from $10 to $11. I do think that was just a tab too much for the size. But Overall good pizza.

I haven't had them for catering; however, they are a regular food truck that stops at my work around once a month. I wasn't able to get out there the first time they were there, but I was able to get out there the second time they came. Others at my work told me that I needed to check them out and so I did.I had ordered the pepperoni pizza with a request of light sauce. They obliged and the order came out correctly and perfectly. The crust was perfect and it wasn't undercooked, nor overcooked. It was definitely in the Goldilocks zone. As others have said, I wasn't expecting it to be like a Ruth's Chris for pizza, but I was actually impressed. They do accept both cash and credit cards, which makes it easier.Overall, this was a very good experience.and although I don't do too much in terms of food trucks, I would consider coming down to get another one every once in a while. This is a food truck worth checking out if it's in your neck of the woods.

I tried their pizza at the Chesapeake Wine Festival and was hooked on the first bite. They were making them on site so there was a large line, but since it doesn't take very long to cook them, I dont think that I waited more than 10 minutes after ordering it. The crust is light and airy, but retaining a "doughy" texture similar to traditional pizzas vs neapolitan. I ordered the Chipotle Sausage Pizza, which cost $11 a similar price to their competitors in the area. The cheese was cheesier than I expected, literally bubbling when I received it, the sausage was placed under the cheese which was a nice surprise since you never knew where to expect it, and the chipotle sauce on the top took it to the next level. Since they are a food truck and don't have a physical location, its hard to catch up with them, hopefully I can try them again soon.

Wife and I were here this past Saturday, and the Hostess greeted us promptly, and we seated ourselves after having to get 2 Menu's ourselves. After letting the Waitress that we wanted Water to drink, we looked over the Menu's to see what we wanted. Wife decides to get a Cheeseburger, and I see they have Chicken Parmigiana Subs. We let the Waitress know what we wanted, and we waited about 10 minutes before our food is served to us.I take a few bites out of my Sub, and noticed that there was very little Tomato Sauce on my Sub. It was Dry due to the little amount on it. My Wife notices that there is a Couple sitting not too far from us as I mention the Dryness of the Sub, and she see's that the Woman at the other table is eating Spaghetti, and the Tomato Sauce was non-existed as well.If a place is going to serve Tomato Sauce on their food. it should be there in to where you can enjoy it very much.As for my Wife's Cheeseburger, she said it was good with some spices in it which she could not place. The only thing is that there was no Ketchup for her to put on her Cheeseburger, and that there was no Onion on it as well.As for the Sides that comes with our Dinner, we had got the Red Potato's. When we get them, they are served in a tiny cup that is on the plate! What is that about?! It was enough for maybe 3 - 4 Bites before they were gone. If you come here, just stick with the Pastries, even though we didn't get to try them yet, don't order the Spaghetti, Chicken Parmigiana, or anything else that has Tomato Sauce with it, or the Red Potato's as well for your side.
