Bob's Gun Shop

I walked in for a try at their shooting range and was greeted by all available staff manning the floor. They answered every question I had with honesty and were patient with me (someone who does not know much about firearms), so I am extremely grateful for that. I was quite overwhelmed with their selection, even though I was not there to purchase any firearm lol, but as I've stated before the associate tending to me informed me about any gun I pointed to and answered all the questions I had. The building is clean and organized. The elevator was a nice touch as the range was a floor up and I would have dreaded taking the stairs. As my first time trying out an indoor range, I would say the pricing was fair to me. I can't wait to come back here!

These guys are awesome. They know their products and offer incredible opportunities to learn more. Everyone is excellent with the customers.

So I had a meeting with the Bob's. Some will get that reference. If you are in the market I highly recommend going to any gun store to window shop and "try on" the gear to get the real feel. Bob's has a large assortment to choose from and the best part is that you can shop online and if available their website will have a little note saying"on shelf" if available. Depending on what you are looking for there is a good chance they will have it. Do they have everything? Well no and that is understandable because many gun shops seem to have their preferred brands. One of the things I noticed was that they do not carry any Springfield pistols but if you looking for an HK, Glock, or Sig you can find them here. On this particular day I went in to look for a specific Mossburg. It was not in stock and thats where the helpful staff let me know how to properly read their site as I thought the particular item I was looking to purchase was available. There were similar items which goes back to the window shopping and getting a feel. You can order items there and have it shipped to the store for pick up and the prices are very reasonable. When ordering a weapon some other sites charge a ridiculous fee but Bob's does not. No shipping fee and only $12 for the background check. They do sell used guns "consignment" so if you want them to sell your gun they will.I am not sure but I think Bobs has a Class 3 license which allows them to sell silencers, short barrel shotguns or basically any weapon regulated by the ATF. Overall a good experience and will be back in the near future. I have to to pick up what I ordered. Only issue is that parking can be a bit tight in there lot.

This is one of the most well-known shops in Norfolk well in the area in general I've always loved coming here and feel very welcome even as a female by myself the employees make me feel welcome and are knowledgeable they definitely know their products I like the variety of targets that you can choose from and how adjustable the range distance is the individual booths are a little close and sometimes the shells can pop over but overall it's a very clean and lovely experience

My husband and I are a military couple and stopped by at bobs gun shop to shoot I'm definitely giving this place a 5 star customer service was amazing

I have been a customer of Bob's for a few years. I have been satisfied with their gun range since starting. I have also purchased weapons there with no issues. And used their resale process to sell firearms and was pleased with a non-complex system for sales. Overall I feel it's a professional staff that is knowledgeable.

When I asked for help, the customer service was nonexistent, and the shop had a very limited gun inventory. I've seen pawn shops with more.

Ordered 3 items from this store and paid for 2-day shipping just to call and be told it will be 5-7 days. Why even make 2-day shipping even a option if it can't be fulfilled.

Rather go anywhere else only good things is get 3 free range times when you buy from theee
