Boards and Moore

Wowwww!!! I've been wanting to support this business and now I got the chance to. Her boards do not disappoint. So professional, so delicious. I only had 2 asks, that was for honey and prosciutto! She nailed it. The board was so beautifully designed, it looked like art. My only input is that I wish the tray was a bit more sturdy. It begin to get flimsy the longer the food stayed on the board. Other than that, good quality, and so glad she could accompany me in such short notice.

The charcuterie boards are beautiful and delicious, all fresh ingredients. The customer service is stellar. Will definitely use again.

Kelli does such a beautiful job In preparing and personalizing her charcuterie boards. You can tell that she makes each one with love, compassion and professionalism. Communication is key to any business and Kelli does this in a superb manner. She answered any and all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I ordered a closing gift for my real estate clients and I presented them the personal board after closing. They were so happy with their gift! I cannot wait to order more boards from Kelli. I love supporting small, local businesses.

My sister said she's charging $100- $150 per person and that's the minimum she's charging. I wonder what the maximum she's charging per person. My sister was thinking of baked chicken, collard greens, mac n cheese for a small event she is going to have. No lobster, salmon,, but baked chicken.. she did check with other caterers and their minimum per person begins at $30 per person and up depending on the menu items. My sister was quoted by another caterer $40 per person for the chicken, Mac n cheese, collard greens.. she will also add rolls and drinks... But for $100-$150 minimum per person from Boards and Moore is crazy for these menu items. I advised my sister not to do it .. and if anything for her to do it herself because my sister can throw down in the kitchen.

Scammer and outright liar. This company has a Pending Inactive LLC registration status as of this writing. Paid her $140 on Dec 9th for a delivery of Wreath Charcuterie Board to family and me in Chesapeake (10 minutes from her house, she said) on Dec 21st around 2 PM. We began to try to contact her at 5, giving grace for the time of the season and traffic. Called, sent and email, a text, a FB message, and and IG message in the course of two hours. She FINALLY called back hours later with a lame a$$ story about having an allergic reaction at 1:30 and being at some hospital for all of that time.... Lots of words and no action to back it up. If you're a business owner, and you actually have an issue, there are processes in place to at least contact your customer. She never offered an alternate delivery, just a 7-10 day refund timeframe which has not, at this writing even been started. I contacted her yesterday and same ol crap....blah blah blah all excuses, no action. Filed a Visa claim today and got my $$ back, but buyer beware of this one.

Terrible customer service. Over booked and overrated. Scammer. Come here if you want to pay and never receive service!

I have gotten MANY boards from Boards and Moore LLC. Each one has been unique and absolutely DELICIOUS! Kellie goes above and beyond for her customers! I'll be a customer for life!10000/10 recommend!

Very responsive, attentive and easy to work with. She went above and beyond for our family to put together a full service catered lunch for 50 people on very short notice for a funeral. She put together a menu quickly via phone and text message and she had many photos to send and worked realistically with our budget. Food was delicious. I appreciate her kind and caring nature. Thank you
