Big Belly Food Truck

This was an unexpected treat while we were at OzzleFinch Brewery. We were hungry and Big Belly didn't disappoint!They are an Asia-Pac flavored truck and what they do with chicken and pork is amazing. My wife and I had the Bulgogi BBQ Chicken Bowl and the Kalua Pulled Pork Bowl. The sticky rice was perfect, and the dressing on top of a mixed greens salad was delicious as well.For the price, can't be beat - maybe one of the best BBQ trucks I've eaten from. Too bad they are on the other side of VA, but at some point, we'll catch up to them again.The food truckers / cooks themselves were very cool and polite. Easily explained the Asia-Pac fusion thing they have going on. It sounded like they were just getting started on their food truck journey so if you see them stop by their location - you'll definitely dig their food!

I was looking for another food truck that was supposed to be at the Back Bay Brewery and saw this one instead. I never heard of them before so I was interested to see what they had to offer. They are Asian-Pacific cuisine.They had burgers that were Asian inspired, pork belly bun, wings, bowls and etc. I ordered pork belly buns, bulgogi chicken bowl and fries. Pork Belly - the buns were soft and pillowy. The belly was seasoned so good, tender and yummy! The best I've had!!Bulgogi Chicken bowl- chicken was well marinated that reminds me of like a Japanese BBQ soy sauce based. It had a nice cooked char to it. Chicken thighs were used making it tender. This was so YUM! Fries- were the crinkly ones salted nicely lolCustomer Service- was the best!! Very friendly and kept you informed how much longer your food will be. They give you a buzzer so you don't have to wait around the truck. The owners were awesome.They post on their website of where they will be so if you see them, please stop by and check them out. It's worth it!
