How to even start...Summer is ALL YOU WILL EVER NEED FOR YOUR BABY'S PHOTOGRAPHY!!!! You couldn't find a better Newborn Photographer if you tried. Go ahead and try. That's right, you couldn't find one. It's cuz she's the BEST. EVERY. SINGLE. IMAGE is perfect. I've been amazed at how she is able to take totally crazy, newborn skin (bumpy, red, splotchy, acne, jaundice, you name it) and make it smooth and creamy- and it looks beautiful and natural. Soooo many photographers don't do this well. I see (too often) images of babies looking red/splotchy and uncomfortable, or the opposite happens and they look waaay over-photoshopped and plastic. Summer is an expert in every way. I look at a baby's face and take a photo with my iphone thinking "they are SO cute!!!!" then I see the photo and I think, "what happened???!!!" lol. She is able to bring out the beautiful serenity of the babies she photographs and also keeps the real and natural "feel" of it all. Her use of color and props is out of this world. You won't find a better planner, as she plans every detail. She makes every hair stay in place (sooo important to my OCD-ness) and is conscious of each little, tiny finger's placement of your baby. She'll take family photos if you beg her, and she makes the new Mommies look sooooo amazing and natural! It's seriously incredible. Here's the reason you are going to believe every word I say. I'M A PHOTOGRAPHER TOO!!! I would bring my own babies to her every. single. time. I trust her THAT MUCH. Do you know how picky a photographer is when choosing her own photographer??? Summer surpasses my expectations every time she photographs! So glad I found this woman!!!

I can't stress enough how wonderful it was working with Summer of Bella Rose Portraits! I looked at several other photography studios who specialized in children's photography, but ultimately chose Bella Rose because of her gorgeous portfolio. Summer was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. She was so fun to work with and made my one year old (and myself) feel very comfortable during the entire process. She was patient and knew exactly what to do to get my little one to pose and smile. She has an extensive array of backdrops, props, and outfits on hand to style a beautiful photo session. I'm very happy with the variety of looks we ended up with! Our pictures turned out amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Bella Rose Portraits to anyone with children/babies.

I had a great experience with Bella Rose Portraits. I was looking for someone to professionally take pictures for my daughter's upcoming 1st bday and I am so happy to have found her and read all thses good reviews about her. From the very start, i had a good feeling about her. She was so easy to work with, and always is quick to respond to you if you have any questions or concerns. She's very attentive to your needs and even has some good ideas to share with you which as a first timer, was super helpful. Her studio is amazing! She has all the props and backdrops. I forgot to bring my daughter's pj and she had one handy for her - a lifesaver! Summer is very professional and super patient with my daughter. She knows her stuff and the photos came out so well even though my daughter had a rough day and decided that her smiles are not to be given that day....but still Summer did her thing and managed to take amazing pictures of my daughter. Would definitely recommend her!

I searched high and low for an exceptional newborn photographer. I found everything that I was looking for and more in Summer. I spent about 3-4 hours at her home studio while she photographed my son. She was completely gracious and professional throughout. She is clearly amazing at what she does.The photos were exceptional. We ended up with the 26 different photos and at least 6 or 7 looks. The photos were not unnatural and overly contorted but they were still beautifully done in the Anne Geddes style. I enjoy looking at them as much today as I did in her studio (the reveal actually brought me to tears).My only "warning" is that this is a significant investment so be prepared and make sure that you understand pricing.

I loved working with Summer. I have twin boys and wanted to capture them immediately after birth. It is hard finding a twin photographer, but Bella Rose Portraits did great! You can tell that she has newborn photography experience and pulled out all the props - pillows, sound machines, warmth. Despite being incredibly close to having her own baby, she worked with me on the twins unexpected early arrival and captured them beautifully. I love watching her baby portraits show in my Facebook feed; she is a talented photographer!

Summer is the BEST photographer I have been to. She has done photos of my daughters for birthday parties, special occasions and just because. He colors are vibrant, poses are original and unique, and she is open to trying new things or using whatever ideas you have to make your photos exactly what you want. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was nerves about my sons newborn session but that quickly changed while watching Summer with my baby boy. Summer is amazing at what she does. She was able to keep my son calm and warm and capture amazing photos at the same time . It's very clear she is passionate about her work and it shows. I would definitely recommend Summer for a newborn session.

Summer has a fantastic studio with amazing props/accessories. She communicated in detail about our newborn session prior to our daughter being born and thoroughly planned for it. Her online contract and payment system were professional and convenient. During the session, Summer was a natural with our daughter (it was obvious she has plenty of experience with newborns). She was patient and determined to get the perfect shots, even when our daughter woke up mid pose or began to fuss. The photos were absolutely breathtaking and she had them edited in a week's time!

Summer is the most amazing photographer!!! Her photos are so incredibly artistic, professional and just picture perfect!! She is a natural at making kids feel comfortable in front of the camera too!She produces great photos at a super affordable price and makes the session fun and relaxed! She also photographed a party for me and the photos were excellent too! She has captured some of the very best photographic moments for me. I would highly recommend Summer!

Spectacular photos and awesome experience! I loved it all. Summer made sure the photos worked well with our decor and were exactly what we wanted according to our color/style preferences. She nailed it! Even more amazing than I could have imagined. She's so creative. Def also an expert w making your baby comfy and cozy in her professional studio. All the props, backgrounds and outfits were impressive. I got to sit back, sip coffee or tea, and enjoy watching while she worked her magic. (As a tired mommy it was kinda therapeutic to be in such a peaceful environment while another loving mom took care of my baby for a little while )I would recommend Bella Rose to everyone--go for it, you'll be so glad you did!
