Bell Isle Marina

I discovered this gem of a marina when I attended a wedding there last year. What a gorgeous place for an event or to moor a boat! I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and I will be moving my boat there this spring. They have spotless bathrooms, which is important to me.....The sunset there is incredible - like Key West. Looking forward to a great season at Bell Isle.

I have kept my boat at Bell Isle 3 seasons now, this is my second boat at Bell. I must give the staff 5 star rating, they are very helpful and go out of they way to help. The docks and bathrooms are well maintained, I have yet to have a bad experience there. Jeff Fletcher is top notch, the rest of the staff follows his lead. Thanks Jeff and Chris

I have been going to Bell Isle for 10 years and have had NO issues of any kind. I have performed a bottom job on my 30' sailboat during the 'Off Season' which took 5 months and also I kept a 23' runabout boat at the marina inside the fence on a rack due to the hassle of trailering. Their Forklift puts it in and takes the boat out & hoses it down after use. Then places it on my designated wood rack again. No hassle.Now (June 2019) I'm waiting for my Va, boat registration transfer from N.C. to Va. so I can change the numbers (& state) off the hull and take my new(er) Center Console boat down for the boating season. Back River is a great area to fish, relax and pull up to Factory Point and enjoy family time. I highly recommend Bell Isle. John

I have my sailboat at Bell Isle and I love it out there. I spend every minute I can at the marina. The people that run the place are awesome. The views are beautiful especially the sunsets. The docks are old and need repair but, they seem to be working on that part. Even with the old docks it is a great place to keep your boat. And if you are a fisherman, that is the place to be. Fish jumping up all the time and the area is a fishing paradise.
