Great selection, total newby here and didn't even know where to start. Very friendly and very helpful. Explains the types of beads, the types of tools and let me look. I love how the beads are organized on the wall but also in fun containers on the table tops They offer classes so some basic bracelets and necklaces but also ornaments so really feel like there is something for everybody

Well stocked bead store with any color, shape, style you are looking for! The owner is friendly and attentive. They sell finished pieces and supplies. The jump rings and fasteners are sold in small quantities which can be useful, but also means they run more expensive than other supply shops. They have a great education area and offer some workshops/classes as well. Definitely worth a stop in if you're shopping on the Hilton strip.

I enjoy their weekend classes. Prices are reasonable for their supplies. Cost of class is $15pp. Pam, owner is full of knowledge and friendly.

Repair of bead garland. About a month ago my husband and I went to the Hilton Fall Craft Fair. I brought in a 5' Christmas tree bead garland to be re-strung as the end came untied and some of the vintage-style beads came off. I was given a price of $15.00 to have it repaired. We picked up the garland today and the price was $32.81! ($2.65 was for the cord & hooks) I asked why the cost had doubled and she said it took more time than she thought. Okay. She should have called me first (she had both my name and phone number and called last week to say it was ready) to say the repair price had doubled. Poor customer service to escalate the price 100% without notifying me beforehand.

I have shopped at this store for many years and have taken all kinds of classes. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. GREAT selection of beads, supplies, tools, and even back issues of magazines. They have done custom work for me for my daughter's wedding. It's like Cheers - everybody knows your name!

I always drop in when I'm in town visiting my daughter. Pam is so knowledgeable and helpful. I took a class making Christmas ornaments anc learned a lot of tips. Pam is a patient teacher and quick to help if needed. They have a large selection of beads and jewelry making accessories. its my go to place. There are not many bead stores around anymore so drop in and have a look...their classes are extremely reasonable and fun. happy beading

I was in the store for a while and had some tools along with charms and findings that I thought that I left behind. I went to the store to let her know that I could not find them so looked else where and then called the store back to double check judt be sure it was not hidding behind something and she became very rude and aggitated with me abd nastily said Ididnt leave anything. She didnt even help me look around for my carry case. Those items were expensive. She was very uncaring. I will not shop there ever again.
