Got to try this stall in Sandbridge, a stone's throw from Mello Beans Coffee. They have picnic tables with umbrellas, ample parking. Service was friendly and fast. They support staff working for extra $$ during college. Community conscious indeed.I highly recommend the steak taco salad. Other proteins are offered with the taco salad such as chicken, etc. the salad was made with greens that are fresh (no brown edges or limp leaves!), guacamole that's green, taco chips, the works! The steak was perfectly seasoned and served in good portion. Highly recommend this place, worth the scenic drive to Sandbridge Road!

The food really hits the spot after you've been at the beach all day. The staff is always pleasant. We stop by here when we go every summer. The ambiance is leaves a little to be desired, but that's really just the area it's in. Plan to sit in your car with the AC on because it can get HOT in that lot. Not much shade coverage.

In my experience, food trucks with a Mexican flair are usually quite excellent. I've been to food trucks in New York City, Santa Cruz, San Diego, and LA. Food trucks are always a good value. However, there's really nothing Mexican about these tacos. We had the fish, beef, and chicken tacos. We all found them rather tasteless with very little spices one way or the other. Of course, they do have condiments but in my humble opinion, you shouldn't have to add condiments to get real Mexican flavor. That said, it's a good value for a family picnic. The service was super friendly and efficient. And the food was fresh.

Came across this cute little spot after we went out to Pungo for some strawberry picking. Ya'll, this is a hidden gem! The tacos are amazeballs! I ordered 1 fish taco and 1 beef taco. The fish taco had so much fish I could barely close the shell, tomatoes were fresh, just the right amount of slaw and cheese, and the sauce was so good! I typically don't get hard shell tacos, but decided to for my beef taco. I'm soooo glad I did. I usually don't like corn tortillas, but these shells are like nothing I had before. They deep fry corn tortillas and cover it in parmesean cheese. They were light and airy. This was located in a small area where there was a small local drive thru coffee joint. They had about 5 or 6 picnic tables for patrons to eat. There was also a small table where you could grab utensils, napkins and/or condiments. The young ladies that work there were also very friendly. Because this is so out of the way from where we live, we probably won't come out here very often. But you can believe we'll be back at some point!

The timing could not be more appropriate for this yelp. The business is only open in the Summer. I've only went once, but have no idea why not more other than its remote to where I reside. The location is a permanent one. The most difficult thing about this review is supplying its exact location. It's off the road on the way to Sandbridge in a parking lot. Signage is good. Look for the orange truck. Parking is adequate for a food truck. The area clean. As it so happens it was Taco Tuesday and that means $1 tacos limit 5 per person from 4-7. The friendly staff knowing it was my first time assisted me with the menu board. I decided on a chicken taco. The price was right for 5 but actually the timing was off around dinner out with friends soon. My order was up in minutes and the smell delightful. How incredible for a taco joint food truck in the middle of no where. A line had formed three or four deep of all regulars. I chatted with a few and they all raved. I sat at a nearby picnic table that's for the business. I took my first bite and was like dang I should have got two. Everything tasted fresh. The chicken was tender and the tortilla was soft. This is a Sandbridge gem that's worth not driving by if open. In the off season find them at ODU Football and Basketball.

My boyfriend and I made a trip out to Sandbridge, and on the way he told me about this place. I won't lie, I didn't want to come. Looking at the food truck, tucked away in what seemed like the middle of nowhere in this huge vacant lot seemed a bit sketchy to me. I'd never heard of the place. And really? How "delicious" can fish tacos be? Once you've had one you've had them all-I feel. Not to mention, I like my food a little on the funky/weird/different side. And lets face it, what new things can you do with a Taco?Anyway, we walked up to the truck and were greeted by 3 nice ladies manning the truck. We put our order in for 2 chicken tacos ($3 each) because the fish Tacos were $5 each! I felt like that was a bit on the pricy side for a taco. The $5 not the $3. I digress. We quickly received our tacos, went and grabbed our waters from the cooler o the side, and found a seat at one of the picnic tables. I was starved so I dug right in. Once I picked up the taco I noticed it had this rough texture on the outside. Like it had been baked in something. I smelled it, "Is that parmesan cheese?!". NOW this place had my attention. Upon first bite I had fallen in love. The chicken was so juicy and the seasonings were perfect. Not too much and not too little. The taco itself wasn't over or under filled. It was literally perfect. Light and refreshing, a great treat after a long day at the beach.I definitely think we will make this a staple of ours when we go to visit Sandbridge. I'd really like to try the other things they offer!

The service was quick and efficient but the food did not hit. My steak tacos tasted like they were seasoned in marinara sauce and they topped them with grated Parmesan. Felt like I was eating an Olive Garden taco. Not the place you want to go to for authentic tacos that's for sure. The rice was also the most bland rice I've ever had. The price was also was too overpriced in my opinion. $17 for 3 steak tacos and $12 for 3 chicken tacos which we didn't even get. They gave us ground beef instead of chicken so first red flag was the mix up in what I actually ordered. So that was disappointing

The ladies working the truck were nice and informative but this couldn't help the food, had nice sitting and music but they had the most caucasian influence, Mexican food I've ever had in my life. No limes, no salsa for the tacos, no cilantro or onions, even came in a box that made it difficult to grab the tacos from

The food is so good and all of our out of town guests agree. Perfect for a delicious lunch on the go. Picnic tables are available to eat on site or just take away. The tacos and burritos are our go-tos. Highly recommend for food and friendly service.
