After moving from a place with a lot of Asian cuisine, I'm more picky about the flavors of any food I get here on the East Coast.BALI BALI is some of the best fast Korean BBQ I've had! It's a small family business, and they are all so nice. 5/5 for service: they forgot to give me a plate for my order and he literally sprinted across the parking lot after me to make sure I got it!5/5 for food: Their Bibimbap is one of the freshest I've ever had - lots of fresh veggies like cucumber and carrot, and the egg was cooked perfectly! Sauce was sectioned in its own place so I could determine how spicy I wanted it, which I appreciated.Their mandu is also now my favorite! Beautiful balance of meat to veggies, not over-spiced like others; it's nice and crunchy and golden.Whenever I see them in the area I'll definitely make sure to stop, say hi, and get some delicious food.

Found this truck by accident at Billsburg Brewery in Williamsburg when I stopped in for a breast cancer fundraiser. The special was the Bali Box, which was available with sweet beef, spicy chicken or spicy pork. It comes with rice, the meat, and kimchi. Trust me- pay the dollar for extra kimchi- it's delicious! Well worth the $16 the meal cost. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other offerings in the future.

I absolutely love this food truck! Bali Bali provides a perfect combination of outstanding customer service and delicous Koren food. Their Beef Bulgogi is crazy tender and juicy seeping with mildly sweet, savory, smoky flavors from the soy, sesame, garlic, ginger marinade. It is intensely flavorful, and tantalizingly delicious. Definitely one of my favorites. I also recommend their spicy pork! The pork tastes like it is marinated in a spicy chili pepper based sauce with lots of fresh garlic and ginger. It tastes amazing and packs a punch of heat. The portions are perfect for lunch. I always catch this food truck at the Fort Eustis Exchange parking lot. If you ever have a chance to try this food don't hesitate! Highly recommend this little gem!

Had this twice in ft eustis. First time I thought the food was salty. I tried it again for the 2nd time, paid $15 for a bibimbap and didn't even get full. They need to give bigger portion for the price that we pay.

The food is good but the portion is not worth the price. I paid 19 dollars for this.. i think they definitely take advantage of the military personnel with these prices
