Beautiful rooftop venue. The view, lighting, and restrooms are great. There was plenty of rooftop space indoors with multiple doors to enjoy the outside.

I had the privilege of attending a "Bright Sparks Live" panel event, at Assembly, in the rooftop event space. The weather was amazing. The event space is a part indoor, part outdoor roof space. Off the elevator there is an entry way with a bar type setup, and small area to gather and potentially have refreshments. There was plenty of space for the audience and panel. They have a projector setup for presentations and as far as sound, everything was great. This space would be beautiful for a rooftop Wedding or Birthday Party (they rent out the space to the public.)Beyond the rooftop, Assembly is a beautiful member only co-working space with office rentals, kitchen, library, meeting rooms and more. I am looking forward to attending other events thrown in this space, and potentially becoming a member. The view of Downtown Norfolk was too good.

I recently hosted a corporate meeting at The Assembly, and overall, it exceeded my expectations in several areas!**Location: 5/5**The venue is located in a prime spot in the downtown area, easily accessible by public transportation and with ample parking options nearby. For guests coming from out of town, it's close to several hotels, which made coordinating accommodations seamless. The central location was definitely a major plus.**Space and Capacity: 5.5/5**The Assembly offers a spacious layout, perfect for both large and intimate gatherings. We had about 20 attendees, and there was more than enough room for seating and breakout areas for smaller discussions. The high ceilings and open layout made the space feel even larger, and it never felt cramped. **Ambiance and Aesthetics: 5/5**The venue boasts modern, elegant decor with neutral tones that work well for both professional and social events. The natural lighting during the day made the space feel warm and inviting. The overall ambiance was sophisticated and aligned well with the professional nature of our event. **Amenities and Services: 5.5/5**The Assembly came fully equipped with everything we needed, including a top-notch sound system, projectors, microphones, and high-speed Wi-Fi.**Overall Experience: 5.5/5**The Assembly is an excellent choice for corporate events, conferences, or even social gatherings. The central location, spacious layout, and comprehensive amenities made for a successful seminar.
