Installed a system last year. Within a couple months noted that there was water leaking in crawl space due to a broken emergency shut off. Came out and repaired the shut off but stated they wouldn't repair the water damage since they "didn't know what was old or new". Decided then not to contact them again. HOWEVER. Had a company come check out the system before summer and was told most of their work would FAIL INSPECTION. Wrong wires, uncovered pipes, wood where there should be metal, and heating coils within inches of wooden support beams. This fire hazard it feet from my toddlers bed room. Just. Don't. Go. To. Them. If you have gone with them before, get a county inspector to make sure it was done correct.

Word of warning! If you have Armstrong & Son HVAC do any work for you make sure you inspect their work to make sure it is done right. Most contractors stand behind their workmanship for years and sometimes longer; if their work does not meet standards. I was notified of an issue were the water/condensation drains from the unit (installed by Armstrong) is angled backwards to the water drains back into the unit causing water to freeze in the unit and adding additional load (which will reduce the life of the unit). I have swapped out a few blown fuses from this unit so it has been overloading. I contacted Armstrong to see if they would send someone out to confirm the incorrect install and correct the problem. I was told they would have to charge for a service call and charge for the repair. Why would I pay the company to fix the problem that they created? I wont be using them anymore.

They were recommended by a neighbor for replacement of heat and air ductwork at our residence. After getting a few quotes from other local companies, we went with them and are glad we did. Their quote was reasonable and we accepted it along with complete replacement of our outside unit. Their service manager, Mark, was very knowledgeable and persistent in resolving some defective parts issues that were no fault of Armstrong but of the manufacturer. We are very pleased with their service which required some extra hours and effort.R. Smith

Totally Messed UpReversed the wires on my unit so I got air conditioning in the winter. Unit froze up and caused a lot of damage at great expense. When I spoke to the owner (Mr. Armstrong) he said "you just can'tget good help anymore". I'll never use them again.
