I actually haven't been to an Arby's in a very long time. I was in the area and decided to stop here. I was a little suspicious because no one else was here, but I got my order pretty fast and it was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly. Everything tasted great I would come back again if I'm in the area

1. Why would Arbys serve this tiny piece of chicken..2. There's clearly a hair on it!!! Crazy thing is I used a free meal card to get this because they messed up my last order smh, needless to say I walked in and they handed it right back.. sad.This place was my first job and I loved it, I was great at it and it gave me my first management opportunities. I saw this place through its remodel and it has gone SO FAR down hill. To walk in and see dirt etched in the floor, grease all behind the counters, clearly we are cooking with old oil now, salads browned, trash in the parking lot, drink counter gross, exterior clearly needs a power wash... just sad honestly. Management.. please get it together.

This place is so unorganized. Always out of almost all the damn ingredients. Not to mention everyone employee here is mad ghetto. No hi welcome how are you, just "what you want". Little miss attitude with the eyelashes that had her looking like she was about to take flight needs to reevaluate her career choices instead of taking it out on the customers. My boyfriend got the beef and cheddar sandwich, not ONE slice of cheese and barely any beef at that. Drive down the road if you want an AT LEAST decent Arby's experience

This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. Besides the fact that they forgot the slider I ordered and got my girlfriends order wrong and the nasty curly fries and the fruit punch I got for my daughter was watered down, this is the turkey sandwich they gave me. My 6 year old daughter would do a better job at putting cheese on a sandwich blindfolded. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again.

This five star review goes out to their Root Beer Float, and the wonderful service of Georgette. I ordered sandwiches for my family, I'm not too fond of the sandwiches myself as they're often dry and not fresh, but my family enjoys them. I was having one of the most difficult days in my life, stressed, exhausted, emotionally raw, but Georgette's wonderful service, kind voice and words did a lot to turn my day around, so thank you, from the bottom of my heart.Also, the Root Beer Float was absolutely delicious! Now that I can give a mega 5 stars to, hands down.

So I'm reviewing for a couple reasons. First, the other reviews are like 5 years old, and second, those reviews express experiences nothing like what this newly remodeled Arby's offered us. The whole restaurant looks brand new, it's quiet, clean, and the food was made exactly as we ordered. As far as fast food goes, this place hit it off big time with us. Fresh, well made, tasty, and hot! The service was also exceptional by a young kid named Joe. We did notice two other girls working, and another boy, who was playing on his phone near the bathrooms. If it wasn't for that boy, this place would get the perfect 5 stars.

Terrible is more like it. You walk into the restaurant and employees just look at you and don't acknowledge you at all. One young lady with long fake red hair was as rude as you can be. The employees said they weren't able to give the managers name, and I couldn't find it posted anywhere in the store. Supposedly the gentleman who finally came up front after me requesting him to do so versus relaying information through the drive through clerk was talking on the phone to the manager. He again said they could not give me the managers name so I wrote down my name and number and asked for the manager to give me a call to discuss my problem. I went through the drive through around 1 pm bringing lunch back to the office appx 10 miles away. When I got into the office I noticed I was missing a sandwich so I immediately called and they said I would have to come back in to either get a sandwich or a refund, so after work I went back to the store and that is when I was greeted with attitude, I will admit, I got a little heated after being ignored, have a teller stating is "she still talking? What for?" I said excuse me do you have something to say to me and she responded you heard me with her nasty attitude. All the while, I can only assume the shift management was again supposedly talking with the manager on the phone so clearly they didn't see anything wrong with the way she was treating a customer who had to stop can come back to the store because they didn't do their job earlier in the day and could care less about the inconvenience to the patron. This is beyond poor service. I will find the managers name and the owners to elevate this situation and let them make a decision on who to retain on Arby's payroll. Clearly neither one of the two individuals who I met with tonight value their job or the customers they are serving.

Ordered the special 4 for $10. My total was $11.35. I paid 21.35 and only received $9.00 change. I got my correct change and left. When I went to put the sauce on my sandwich, the bun was burnt and the roast beef tasted like it was made this morning. Please note the picture. won't be back
