I've used Any Occasion Catering 5 times over the last few years. Wes, the owner, can create a menu for any event (hence the name). They catered the opening of a new building project for about 75 people. This menu consisted of heavy hors d'oeuvres and grilled finger foods. The menu was a perfect mix of traditional cheese/fruit platters and custom grilled sliders. At another event they custom designed four days worth of sit-down meals for a group that changed in number each day (8-12). Some days, due to guest constraints, menus were paleo/organic with delicious locally sourced chicken and hanover tomato salad. Later in the week we had chili seared shrimp tacos, grilled tuna, BBQ spare ribs, and a most amazing he-crab soup (not all on the same day, of course:). Each morning breakfast was mostly laid out with bacon/sausage, potatoes/grits, fresh fruit, and eggs made-to-order. After talking with Wes and deciding on a menu--I never think about the food again. Everything is on-time and on-budget and the immaculate clean up is nearly invisible. Any Occasion Catering allows me to focus on my event so I am "relaxed and in the moment" with my guests.
