Anna's Pizza

Went for lunch today and the place was empty. The server never gave me a menu. Since I have been there before I knew what I wanted. I ordered a Greek salad. 20 minutes the server came back and asked what did you order? Needless to say I was surprised. I got up and left and I surely won't be going back to Anna's. BTW it used to be go to place for many people. Not now!!

Stopped here for lunch while car was in shop across the street, what a nice surprise! It's y our typical Italian restaurant, but the service here was great! Cam and Trevor were our servers, both attentive and efficient. Food arrived quickly, and was hot and delicious! Really enjoyable lunch!

I've been looking for a good pizza place since moving here 5 years ago. I avoid national chains, always preferring local business.Anna's is a nice-looking place inside with eager, attentive staff.I have been there twice and got the 14-inch meat lover's pizza each time.The dough was superb both times - it doesn't get any better than their nice, thick, chewy, garlic-butter-glazed pizza pie foundation.The sauce is good, but a bit thin and could use some pepping up.The first pizza I got had 2 to 2-1/2 inches of crust around the outside with all the toppings piled in the middle.The second one had better distribution of sauce and ingredients, but the toppings are of low quality and in skimpy quantity.The cheese is very good, but again they skimp on quantity.For about $25, I thought the price a bit much.

The food is excellent. The staff is super and accommodating. I am very happy I found this place.

Burnt cheeseburger. Undercooked appetizers. Wait staff and kitchen staff who hate their jobs makes this place very unremarkable and a hard "avoid it"

If anyone in your family heads into kilmarnock, you might as well have them pick up some Anna's pizza on the way home! Surprisingly authentic Italian restaurant with great Za. While I have never dined in, the inside is very clean and quite nice. The hostess has always been very welcoming and swift to get your pickup order with a smile. Bottom line, Skip the domino's and get Anna's.

Service was terrible. Waitress took our drink order, came back after bringing the drinks, and complained to us about "getting in trouble" for texting. She then took our food order. She left to put our order in, we watched as she was verbally abused by the 5 or so employees sitting around the cash register very loudly. Then she came back a few minutes later with her note pad in her hand staring at us. We were unsure what she actually wanted when my wife told her she had already taken our order. She was so flustered she didn't realize she already took our order. She left again and brought food for my son and I only. Then asked my wife if she wanted a plate to eat our pizza. My wife replied, "I ordered the Penne." The waitress stared at my wife for a good 20 seconds, not understanding. Then the waitress replied "Oh, that's what you meant by Penne." At that point, I was ready to just leave the restaurant and never come back. In hindsight, we never should have let them bring any food and paid for the soda and left. I will never come to this Anna's again because of the unprofessionalism.A manager (I assume) gave me a "discount" for our troubles, but for the first time in my life, I didn't tip at all because of how awful the experience was.

Just finished some amazing Minestrone soup, wood fired burger and meatballs with spaghetti. Delicious and tasteful! Will definitely be back for seconds later!

Be careful eating here!!! The workers wear no gloves, or hair nets while cooking. They pick up the pasta with bare hands. I also saw them smoking cigarettes and weed around the food in the back, and also drinking beer. The boss ANDREA sexually harasses the employees by touching there butt and telling them to suck his d***. It's bugs in the lettuce. It's roaches crawling on the counters and walls in the kitchen. The Assistant Manager KATHIA tells the cooks to reuse meet from a couple days before.

Stopped at Anna's after running errands in town. Simple order, 2 Italian Subs with oil & vinegar, NO MAYO!!! Drove home anticipating a delicious lunch, but once home my anticipation came crashing down. Both subs were slathered with mayo and had no oil or vinegar. The woman who took my order entered it correctly as I watched her key it in and she noted NO MAYO. Whoever made the sandwich apparently didn't pay attention or didn't care. Either way, I wasted $23.00 and wasted by time. One and done, won't be getting food from Anna's ever again
