Anna's Italian Pizza Restaurant

I am a pizza junky...I admit it. We live in Wake and my favorite pizza is 15 miles away in Gloucester. Anna's pizza is my comfort food. Everything is good about it. From the delish dough to the fresh ingredients, you can't go wrong with Anna's.

Great service. Friendly staff and clean establishment. Ordered the large Philly Cheesesteak and could only eat 1/2. Pic is of ONLY one half!

This was our first time at this Annas. Everything was hot and tasty. Service was very good. The only reason I don't give him five stars and so didn't feel real clean.

Subs seem to get less of what you want over time. Got the Philly steak sub last night and an Italian sub. 20 min ride home and both were edible with fork. Too soggy. Italian was ok but Philly steak sub had so little meat on it that a vegetarian would have enjoyed it. $13 a piece wasn't worth it.

Super friendly staff. Food was ready quickly. Pizza and pasta & meatballs were good. My toddler loved everything also.

This place is dirty, not friendly service and the food is "meh." I ordered a salad. It was a shredded iceberg bomb. Not much else to it. The atmosphere was "blah." The whole vibe just felt like "womp, womp." I wish I had Yelped before we chose this place. The reviewers got it right. Sadly. It's got the least Italian vibe of an Italian restaurant outside of Italy that I've ever come across.

Good food for a decent price. The restaurant does mostly take-out but has plenty of seating. Their pasta is just as good as their pizza and their sandwiches are great as long as you're expecting an Italian restaurant type sub.The service is generally good.

Shame on this restraunt, it's poor service and horrible customer satisfaction! The burgers are frozen, they overcharge and charged for toppings I never even received. When I called, they said I bought, I keep it, no refund, no redo. Call whoever, they do not care. I have been treated so poorly, ever!

After attending the theater competition, we all met for dinner here. The staff was friendly and greeted us on arrival. The waitress had already set 4 big tables for our group! The interior is nice and cozy and had murals of scenes around Italy. It was nice considering it pour like cats and dogs all day!The food was excellent! Service was fairly quick for a huge group and on a Saturday night! I ordered bread sticks and linguine with clams in red sauce. Although they forgot the clams, the linguine with red sauce was great. It was only after they brought me a bowl of chopped clams in red sauce to throw on my linguine that I realized it was much better WITHOUT the clams. I don't know why but the clams a a strange taste to them. Otherwise, I had a decent experience up here in Gloucester.

We wanted to like this place but sadly we didn't have a good experience here. Staff was awesome! Food was meh...
