Anderson's - Virginia Beach

Anderson's is a nice store. Its located in the Red Mill area on the way to Sandbridge. I went to go get food from The Sage Kitchen located inside.While waiting for my food we looked around. They sell clothing, shoes, accessories, plants, and more. The things they sell are nice but some things are high priced. They had some pretty Christmas displays. I enjoyed looking around. Its a a lot to look at. Check them out.

My mom and I came here to do some birthday shopping as they have scout products and I've been wanting a large tote. They have a nice selection of scout products and different patterns. I found a large tote I liked. I also got a pair of heart earrings and some leopard hey dude shoes. They have a large selection of men's and women's clothing as well as other trinkets and home decor. What surprised me was that they are a platinum dealer for traeger products. They had soooo many different products. I also ended up getting the traeger whiskey barrel pellets as well as the traeger apricot habanero hot sauce. Such a cute store. I will definitely be back for any future shopping needs. I've tried sage kitchen once and hated it so I don't recommend eating here. The store is awesome though.

They are a small store compared to the one in Newport News. Pretty good variety. Their prices are a bit much for the type of plants. I do go in frequently and just look around and they get some pretty neat plants in at times. They also sell lawn furniture. And OOOO the decorations for a backyard oasis are absolutely wonderful. They have tons of decorations.The inside of the store is great. They have tons of stuff. I could brows for hours. From beautiful clothing to garden pots. If you like plants you will love this place. And if you like to look pretty you will love the clothing section. I love both. At this location they also have a restaurant inside, a really cool eating area inside and out. They have a game room around back. They have a mini golf course and a little play area for the kids. And sometimes they have drive in movie night. I would give them a 5 star but every visit has not been great. Sometimes it feels like they are working through problems. Just seems like they could iron out a few wrinkles. But once they work it all out I will update and will give them on honest 5 star review because I really love this store.

Very unique store, I really enjoyed browsing the garden & boutique section. Unique beachy clothes, buy great quality. We put in our food order first as service in the kitchen is a bit slow, but omg, the coconut curry bowl was to die for. Surprisingly spicy but I loved it. Clean eating at it's best. Quality ingredients. Definitely worth a stop, maybe even order a lunch to take to the beach. Sage kitchen is highly recommended.

Loved the store- full of amazing gifts and selection. Loved the restaurant and kids play area outside. Definitely will be back.

OMG This is my happy place. My boyfriend and I have gotten into plants during the quarantine. He is more of the outdoor garden guy, and I'm a houseplant gal. We spent over two hours at Anderson's the other day and only left because we were ready for a nap and excited to take our new plant friends home.You've got your nursery/greenhouse/whatever you want to call it. They have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants. The prices all looked at a reasonable price point based on my other plant shopping experiences. There were some that I could get cheaper online, but that's putting the plant at risk with the shipping process. They have a garden of pots arranged by color. So many different options! We got hungry in the middle of all our shopping and enjoyed a delicious meal at Sage Kitchen. We will return for just the food alone! I didn't spend too much time browsing the inside, feeling a little wary inside any building too long with COVID-19 happening, but they seemed to have a large variety of decorations and apparel. I've seen numerous people complain or at least mention the lack of customer service. So I'll confirm that our visit was "unguided." However, we didn't need any assistance, and I saw a few people we could have asked if we needed some. Not a big deal for us.I love that you can enjoy a drink while you browse- the blackberry iced green tea was my beverage of choice. I know I'll be back- like I said- this is my new happy place.

Enjoyed a newer menu at Sage Kitchen and browsing Anderson's for flowers. WOW is there gardening area impressive!They seem to have it all from gardening items to furniture and even clothing. Quality products and gorgeously displayed I might add. I received no assistance on the floor and saw few staff which was a disappointment on a recent. A second location in Newport News that include a Sage Kitchen as well. Locally owned & operated. After around four visits I will return.

We found a new spot to eat. The food is amazing and all freshly made. Loved the tomato basil soup (freshly puréed) , turkey tacos and hand cut fries - all delicious!! The service is amazing. Everyone is so nice. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed lunch as a gift from family. Nice environment, food freshly cooked, a bit higher than expected but. Wide choice of plants and other specialty items. A great place to browse around and smell the flowers

This is the best garden center I have ever been to. That is a quote from my Nephew whom I just shared a bourbon flight with. At this garden center not only can you get bourbon flights and garden plants, but you can also get funny kitchen towels and funky clothes. I have gone there three days during my weeks long vacation at Sandbridge and have had a delicious lunch there every time. The mini golf is beautiful. There are flowers everywhere and the course is beautifully landscaped. The arcade is small, but has some fun games. I will definitely go back on my next vacation to Sandbridge.
