Pulled up here after booking online through hotels.com, at first sight this place looks like a nightmare, an actual dumpster. They said they couldn't find where we booked it so it took 10 minutes to figure out. We walked three flights of stairs just for our key card to not work and there was a dead cockroach just sitting outside of the door. We walked back to get the key fixed, didn't work again so owner followed us to the room to fix it.. the room didn't have soap and the tv was difficult to operate, advertised "free Wi-Fi" also didn't work. The customer service was beyond rude and weren't willing to fix any problem, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thankfully we only stayed one night, I will never go back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I could. This place is a complete rip-off and a dumpster. When we arrived, not only were we not given the room that I booked online, but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The worst part came when we we got to our actual room - the furniture had stains and looked rotten, the beds didn't seem very sanitary, and the floor looked disgusting. Then we went into the bathroom and that's where we received the biggest shock - there was MOLD all over the ceiling. We had goosebumps just from looking at it, it was black and sprawled across the ceiling of the bathroom. I complained to management about it but they didn't care and basically shrugged it off as "too bad". Thankfully we only made plans to stay there one night.

Terrible terrible terrible place. We reserved 2 nights and had to go to a funeral for the first night so we didn't check in. Came the second night and they wanted us to pay another night since we didn't check in. My husband said no and walked out being followed by the guy to his car telling him he slammed the door too hard and to pay for the 3rd night!? What? SMH

Our light fixtures didnt work...the bathroom lights didnt work, when we asked to be put in a different room they put a tall plug in lamp in the bathroom. There were roaches crawling around our floor..we had to keep bags on the bed...the sheets were ripped and had holes in them.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. RUN QUICKLY FROM THIS PLACE. And read the TripAdvisor Reviews, by all means. This motel is what I would genuinely refer to as a "Pit." We arrived, and found a dirty room with ripped up and scratched up furniture, and a broken television. It was an old box-style television, and it couldn't even be activated, because the buttons under the screen were mashed into pieces, some even missing. Some of the lights didn't work, and the air conditioning was too weak to cool the room. It would have needed to run nonstop for hours to make the room comfortable. The room was seedy, shabby, and depressing looking. The parking lots were strewn with trash, and the lobby appears to be a converted room, with a bank teller's window, presumably to protect the manager from the occupants. The halls and lobby stink of roach spray. If there were elevators, we didn't discover them. It appears to function mostly as some kind of low income housing; I may be mistaken about that impression. We booked through Reservations.com, which, after we had fled, said our payment was only partially refundable, due to the establishment's "policies." We are contesting this through our credit card company. We left the room immediately and went to the lobby and told them we could not stay in their motel. The elderly woman there who spoke to us said our money would be refunded. I believe she said this just to move us along. On TripAdvisor, several people write that this establishment appears to be set up to clip customers by getting them in, then keeping a portion of their deposit when they quickly flee. That was also my impression. Also, the sign says "$40 and up," but it turned out Reservations.com had booked us in the 70s per night range, despite my having specifically told them we wanted the lowest rate possible. For $40 a night, they probably let you sleep in one of the dumpsters in the parking lot. $70 plus, for such a pigsty. Disgusting. For another ten dollars a night you can stay in a nice motel or hotel. I noticed there are no other reviews on Yelp that I can locate; this is not coincidental. They have perhaps had them "scrubbed." THE REVIEWS FOR THIS AWFUL PLACE ON TRIPADVISOR ARE ACCURATE. HEED THEM.
