They put hot sauce all over the chicken, which got all over the french fries which was cold which the chicken was old.
They didn't even send the sauce for the mozzarella sticks. You know salsa with the mozzarella sticks that's automatic.

round to 3.5 Sometimes you just need to try a place out for yourself. I've seen this establishment several times when visiting the Haygood Shopping Center. I didn't want Chic-fila or any of the other close proximity restaurants at the moment. So I ended up getting a chicken parm sub combo (the irony right? I didn't want chic-fila) & a turkey, ham club combo for my husband. The gentleman working there were friendly & kind enough. The food presentation was appetizing & appealing & packaged with care in to go boxes. I was impressed! The taste was good & it wasn't really greasy. My hubs enjoyed his meal as well. They had some delicious looking desserts but I didn't purchase any. They sell more than just wings. They offer some variety of other American food as well. The amount of fries was great! Abundant!

Don't go to the one on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. They need to call the health department on them. They send you bad food and don't no circumstances use DoorDash for them.

My family and I came from Texas and decided to try this place. I spent 60.00 and it was a total waste of money. The wings were fried hard and had no taste. The fries horrible the fried mushroom horrible the fish yes horrible. We literally put the food in the trash. If I could give the zero stars I would. Save your money for not eat here.

The reviews are true.We got two orders of wings and fries. Two drinksThe wings were dry and the sauce was on everything but the wings. The fries were cold and not done. The drinks were flat and watery. We got a coke and pink lemonade. Taste extremely flat. I am disappointed and I should have went with the reviews. Out of money and disappointment in the food is the worst.

called order in, wasn't ready, when I got order wings were cold and scrawny. No meat on wings. they were fried too long. fries were done but not hot and limp. too much money for too little. mentioned the fries being limp and the guy just looked at me. not sure he understood. won't go again, this was the second chance, won't be a third.

The service here is awful. The guy at the front counter was very rude and I'm professional. He is not a people person. He should not be at the front counter. The guy in the back came out and was more helpful than the person at the front desk. This is not the place. I will spend my money simply because of the service.
