The hot wings were rubbish, dry & very old. The celery was not crisp at all. I asked if I could have replaced or if I could pay for more and the cashier said noAwful food, went in the trash.

I put in an order on Postmates at 4:58 pm. It constantly said I was waiting on the merchant. I finally called at 6:30 to see what was up. I was then put on hold. At 7:01 I was hung up on. This is honestly the worst display of customer service I've seen

Charged 4x for the same order (large order over $100). Called the establishment to get reimbursed, which was useless. Now having to file disputes through my credit card company which takes weeks to resolve. BEWARE of this establishment!Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If I can give this restaurant negative stars I absolutely would.I went to this restaurant at this location on Thursday Aug/19/21 evening, I ordered 30 Piece Boneless Wings honey barbecue flavored on a side of a carrot cake I got home and this was in my plate I don't know what boneless wing is shaped this way but this doesn't look like a boneless wing I'm from California this is something definitely different. I had called the next day to speak to the manager who was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and he tried to provoke an argument with me and he would NOT give me his name I will never come back to this establishment ever again in my life.
