Alpha College of Real Estate

I'm currently taking the principles of real estate class Howard is my instructor. He is really good. And he makes the class fun. I highly recommend if you want to get into real estate go here!

Very organized, thorough, and clear. If you're able to just relax and not think too hard on the topics you'll do great! The teachers are excellent at making sure you understand what is being discussed, and they highlight what's more important to know. I passed the final exam just fine (I did study, though!) and passed my license exam 4 days after classes ended.

Not very dependable, to say the least. I signed up for the ABR designation course over two months ago. I live in northern VA, but wanted to take the class as early as possible this year and didn't mind the drive to Chesapeake for a good cause. As I'm half way down there, I get a call that the teacher is sick and class is canceled. I'm out over $300 for non refundable hotels, not to mention time off work and gas/time to drive half way there and back for nothing. If you can label yourself as a college, have more than one teacher for a class and have a back up plan for this situation. What an incredible inconvenience.
