Alohahola

Now I can finally get my Hawaiian fix close by! Nice spot to grab and go. They did have a few tables and some window seating. It looks like they have a self-order spot I didn't notice it until I was waiting for my food. Which came out pretty quick about a 10 min or less wait. The staff was friendly, the environment was very clean. They even had a "sanitized" sign on the clean tables. The decor was of course Hawaiian theme. I ordered the beef plate meant to get the beef rib plate though. I was in a rush and didn't correct myself . All good! I'll just have to come back again SOON :) the portion size was very generous. I could barely eat half of the plate. The spam musubi was probably my favorite! Lots of flavor. They gave me some sauce but I couldn't figure out what kind of sauce it was but it was DELICIOUS. Poured some on my musubi and dipped some of my bbq beef in it too lol. There is a parking lot but space is limited. It's on the busier side of Battlefield- especially during rush hour.

My husband and I tried Alohahola for the first time, and we were really impressed! I got the Hawaii BBQ shrimp and fried shrimp with mac salad and fried rice. The shrimp had great flavor, and the fried shrimp was perfectly fried, which I really appreciated. It also came with a teriyaki-like sauce that was so good.We ordered takeout, and pickup was super easy. I went back and tried the honey soy garlic spicy chicken--it had great flavor and was a big portion (I couldn't even finish it!). It wasn't that spicy, though. Between the two, I think I prefer the shrimp, but I'll definitely be back to try more!

Food was good. I want to go back to try more things. Service was nice as well.Only thing I had issues with was getting the website to allow me to select delivery.

I have been so curious about this space for a long while now. It seems like years that the sign Domoishi labeled this space only to have it taken down and replaced with Alohaola. I came here on a Thursday afternoon. It's very bright inside. We were immediately welcomed as we walked inside. My son ordered a mango-lover Hawaiian drink. I ordered the short rib and shrimp dinner and I chose the signature Hawaiian BBQ mix for the hubby. It didn't take long when they handed me a nice bag with the dinners. I was super impressed and surprised when I saw the to-go boxes the dinners were in. It was a nice plastic container with the words "Domoishi." It was portioned so that the food did not touch each other. I'm still wondering what's up with "Domoishi" on the box. Is Alohaola owned by Domoishi? Anyhow, the food was yummy. The service was wonderful. One fact to point out is that a couple of my Korean bbq pieces were not cooked all the way, but it was only a couple of pieces, the rest of the meal made up for it! I will definitely come back! Plenty of parking out back!

New restaurant in chesapeake and definitely worth a visit. The food was delicious and big portions. Highly recommend.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We only had to wait a minute or two to be waited on, and they were very patient with us since our first time there we didn't really know what to order or how to order. Super nice. Took a little bit to get our food but heck it was Friday night and busy so it was worth the wait. The chicken teriyaki was delicious. The crab Rangoon was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The food!!!! Absolutely incredible! Every dish tasted fresh and authentic, with a perfect balance of flavors. The poke bowl was hands down the best I've ever had fresh fish, perfectly sauce, and generous portions. The kalua pork melted in my mouth, and the hawaiian fried rice was a delightful mix of sweet and savory. Love this new spot！!!

Well deserved rating. Super friendly staff; patient & willing to help with questions & recommendations. Bowls are fresh and good portions - food is excellent quality & taste. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. They just opened and we will certainly be back.

The food is always good and the people that work there are sooooo nice!! My daughter and I love the Spam Masubi and the Salmon Poke bowl.

Placed a to-go order of spam musubi and Hawaiian Chicken Katsu. Had no issues at pickup, employees were very welcoming and helpful, and the interior was clean. The spam musubi was soooo good - definitely the best I've had in the area and pretty darn close to what I had locally when out in Saipan, the chicken katsu was delicious as well. Will definitely be back and also like that they have a kids menu as well for my Picky eater.
