My daughter and I stopped in on a whim and we LOVE this place. 1st, the exterior is deceiving and as you walk inside you feel some foody spirit as you are graciously greeted and seated quickly! The wait staff was on point, kind, and gracious and when the drinks were low the were refilled without request. The chef even stopped by the table to greet tables! The experience is worth a regular repeat! Also, they offer 10% off to 1st Responders on Tuesdays...Check this one out!

Updated... We gave them another try... Fabulous crab legs!!! Two clusters perfectly cooked and hot... The house salad is a large bowl but they could provide a little more dressing... Today is our third visit with the surf and turf... we ordered the steak medium with a seer, fried shrimp (vs broiled), French fries, and southwestern corn... The shrimp (x6) were perfectly cooked, butterflied, and colossal with tail on... superb!! The steak was a nice 10oz... Decent seer on one side, barely seered on the other... Steak was medium rare... unable to eat a third of it, just too rare... Fries were spot on!! The southwestern corn was a let down, more like canned corn and old canned corn mixed together... Service was a little overwhelmed or just not on her game, pleasant but didn't get the order right and had to wait a few times longer than normal for a medium crowd... Actually had another waitress stop by to see if we were being taken care of... We are going again just on the fence for giving higher than a 3 at this point...

I ordered the meatloaf, greens, mac and cheese and yams. If your taste buds are on the sweet side then I recommend this item. In my opinion, the meatloaf sauce was way too sweet. I enjoyed the yams and greens. I didn't really enjoy the mac and cheese. Before ruling this place out, I will definitely give it a second chance but with different menu options.

The fish was fried perfectly, the broiled fish was seasoned and not over cooked. That meatloaf I could eat every day it was delicious. The cornbread and the dessert were winners, my sister said the greens were the best she ever had.The staff were super nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back whenever I am in town.

Five of us were in town for the weekend from NJ and VA. We decided to try Allecious for dinner. Between the five of us we had She-Crabby Soup (Delicious), Ahi Tuna Grilled (10 out of 10), Crab cake dinner (great), the Shannon Caesar Salad(loved it), Blackened Salmon(Chef's Kiss)! For dessert we shared Banana Pudding and the Strawberry Cheesecake Pound Cake WOW!!!The service was on point and we thoroughly enjoyed dining here! We will definitely come back next time we are in Elizabeth City.

Awesome food! Awesome service! We had the John's Texas Toast Grilled Cheese Sandwich & the Corned Beef Rueben with collards, cornbread and Mac & cheese. Everything was so good and well portioned. Thank you Tasha for the wonderful customer service!!!!

Food and service is always great and the interior has always been absolutely beautiful. Great people to do business with.

I didn't have a phone charger and needed to gps my way home, they moved heaven and earth to find one, the father of one of the workers there gave me his personal power pack. And the food was worth every penny. A lot of love in this building and it shows in their food as well. Thank you to the Allecious family

Nice family atmosphere. Service was good. The food was a little disappointing but I would give it another try before totally rolling them out.
