Would never recommend... Install was not done correctly. Never called Miss Utility, hit electrical line.. Fence post only in ground 8 inches. About 6 inches of concrete but not every post. Never secured top rail had to come back and do it when it all fell out. Bottom rails never secured. Put grease in driveway from oil from truck. They did clean after we called multiple times. Very dissatisfied!! First high wind day, it's all down!!!

Update: after a change of management, the company called me back, gave me a discount, and installed the fence as I wanted. They did a great job and I think they are back in track.

I spent over $12,000 on two vinyl fence projects at our Nags Head beach house rental property. For that kind of money you would expect a decent installation and good customer service. I got neither. The second installation did not start on the pre-arranged date. The rep, Tim Cartright, later blamed this on the weather, but it took me some time to get any kind of response from them as to why the job didn't begin as scheduled.We've had sections of the fence blow out 5 times in the last 2 years - the first time just weeks after the first installation. The first time, Tim told me that it was because his installers neglected to install screws in the ends of the top horizontal pieces inside the posts. Although we had the property pins clearly marked, the installers for the 2nd project installed one side over the property line. I caught this while the installation was still going on, and Tim had his guys correct it. (They are a little quicker to respond when you still owe them money.)A couple of weeks ago, when a section blew out for the 5th time, I requested that he have someone go out and fix it and also check all of the sections to ensure that they all had the proper screws. I explained to him that this was a major concern because we have a pool, which was now exposed and presented a serious liability, and we had renters staying at the house that week. He did not respond to any of my messages, nor those of my property manager. Because of the shoddy installation, poor customer service, and the complete failure to care about correcting the issue, I would never again use Albemarle Fence or to recommend them to anyone.

Would not use company. Put a 1000$ deposit down 2 months ago... Still no Fence called 7 times each time told would have to speak to production manager, who still has yet to return my call or anyone else for that matter, with a date to install.
