Admirals Steak and Seafood

Fine dining at the casino is quite the experience. We have eaten at the steakhouse before, but only sat at the bar. Yesterday, we made a reservation for our three year anniversary, and it was lovely. They made accommodations for us to sit in the back of the restaurant with our stroller, because our newborn attended with us. Jay was our server, he was very patient with us, and accommodating! Meals that we eat are always the best, lobster, mac & cheese, lollipop, lamb chops, shrimp, sticks, scallops, and they had delicious dinner bread with flavored butters. I also got the Moscato and a 5 ounce, and it was very sweet and tasty.The decorations inside are darling. Very fancy and elegant. If you're use to fine dining, you will feel right at home. When we have gone to the steakhouse before, we have sat at the bar, like I mentioned, and Juul was great, she always makes the best drinks. I give this place five stars, because I always feel welcomed and given great service. The manager walked around, asking every table how they were doing, and I really like that.You will definitely be back, try different items on the menu. If you haven't been to steakhouse inside of the rivers casino, you are missing out.

Admiral's has elevated the foodie experience in the 757. I'm not a fine dining girl but this place has shown me that I actually could be! I really enjoyed my time here with the food, drinks, and service. I was surprised to see that this establishment was previously given such low ratings. From my experience, they take feedback really well. My conclusion is that they've taken what hasn't worked and grown from it.I did not experience a long wait time for anything. Everything came out in a timely manner. My friend and I started with the lamb chops, a Japanese high ball, and a cucumber gimlet. These all paired sooo well together. The lamb chops were giving a South Asian flavor profile... I loved it! I don't like my lamb chops cooked rare so I loved that they came well-done without me having to say anything about it.While we waited for our main courses, we ordered another round of drinks, my friend got the 1919 Negroni, I got the Dakota's lychee. Again, awesome choices!!! The bartender really killed it that night for sure. My friend ordered the Chilean sea bass with steamed asparagus and I ordered the ribeye steak, crab cake, and flash fried Brussels. I don't eat pork so they gladly took out the bacon out of the brussel sprouts for me. My friend's sea bass was cooked to perfection... seared beautifully on the outside, flaky and juicy on the inside. Flavors... delicious! The ribeye came overcooked. I actually ordered it medium well because my server said that medium well would still melt in your mouth. I wanted to see if that was true. It was... but I just didn't like the cook on it. lol. When I informed them that my steak was overcooked, they offered me another one... and that was so nice of them. Some people complained of the jumbo lump crab cake. I felt like it was pretty huge. I also loved that there wasn't much fillers, just straight up crab meat, which I 10000000% prefer for my crab cakes. We ended the night with espresso martinis and a tiramisu. That was my first time having an espresso martini and it definitely set my standards high on how they should taste. Their tiramisu is probably the best in town! I haven't had a really great tiramisu in awhile... but this one... blew me and my friend away!Stan the Sax Man was playing for Jazz Night and 10/10 would recommend being around when he is around!!!!Perfect date night spot for sure. I've been here a few times, and the service is always great! The food is always good, but this last time, my meal was exceptional!! I tried the roasted half chicken, and I'm not sure I would get something else. The over roasted mushrooms were superb!! I also like the roasted potatoes that come with the chicken. They have the perfect crunch.

Another great meal at this place. We had Kennedy as our waitress and she was knowledgeable, attentive, and timing was impeccable. Everything she recommended was perfect and left nothing to be desired. Perfect date night! Thank you Admirals for the meal and Kennedy for your wonderful service. Can't wait till next time.

Well, my family and tried to eat here. We had a 5:15 reservation. We were still waiting at 5:35 to be seated. Nobody was acknowledging us, and the manager was being a total hard ass to staff. We finally gave up and walked across the casino to yard house.

We went last Saturday. The whole vibe of the place reminds me of a hotel restaurant. You know the one you go to after you have been driving all day long and do not have energy to go out and get food place and the only option you have right now is, the hotel restaurant. That's what this place reminds me of. So I had the scallops and my wife had the salmon. Scallops were $40 a hit and the salmon was about $38. Cost is not an issue if the food is good. Then you had to order your sides à la cart took which took me off guard. Had mac & cheese as part of the appetizer. We also have a crab cake appetizer that was OK. We had two drinks our meal. Meal and came to $280. And again not bad if the food was good. Staff however, was nice with the exception of taking little while to remove things from the table. The best part of that, even however, was that there was a band playing just outside behind us. We got done with our meal. We went to sit out there for another hour or so. It was delightful. I hear that there is a band is there every Saturday. Will NOT go back to the restaurant, but will certainly visit the Patio.

Wow, normally you go to a restaurant and atleast one thing is kind of just meh but not here. The food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. My husband ordered the lamb shenk and it literally fell off the bone, accompanying garlic mash were also top notch. I got the lobster tail and sweet potato, omg the best sweet potato I've ever eaten. Apps we ordered were oysters Rockefeller, calamari, and volcano sushi roll, no complaints on anything. Our server was also great, very attentive kept glasses full even though they were having a time with the billing system but we never would have known.

Came out to enjoy live jazz and eat a good meal. Our attending David was very friendly and attentive. Great place to have a good meal and enjoy good music.
