I arrived within the last hour of closing a few weeks ago and the assistance was above and beyond. The ladies here helped me with styling and building a western themed outfit for an upcoming command party. Everything is expensive so be prepared to spend $500+ here on a dress shirt and boots but the quality of the clothing and the bonus styling service was well worth it to me.

Everyone at Acredale Saddlery was so kind and so helpful! We came in not knowing exactly the kind of cowboy boots my husband wanted just that he wanted some, the ladies were incredibly helpful. They took about an hour with us and my husband left with the perfect pair! Another young lady helped him find the perfect cowboy hat, shape and size. After trying on many he landed the perfect one and we left with new boots and a hat! I will definitely go back when in the area!

Cannot miss Acredale Saddlery when you drive by it on Indian River Road - the imposing white stallion on the roof is like a monument to which followers of real equine interest pay homage to. There is a nice mural to the side of the building, another unique fixture to this shop. When you enter the shop you are greeted by the smell of real leather, nothing like it. On the right side are Stetsons of various sizes and colors seemingly catering to both genders alike. There were leather wallets and bags of different colors and styles and sizes, including some with fringe. The clothes were varied styles, from T shirts to dresses to button down shirts. There were jackets and boots and jewelry. Definitely a store to visit if you aren't quite sure what you're looking for... but know that you'd find something!

It has taken me three years to get the courage to write this review. We have purchased several pairs of boots from Acredale. Fun store, great employees.Go back three years. My oldest and healthy son went in to cardiac arrest. I was told he would probably die, and if he didn't, he would have brain damage. I sat with him for a month, said goodbye to him at the doors for open heart surgery, and ultimately was overjoyed at the miracle he became. I lived in the hospital with him. No sunlight, no nothing but sitting at his bedside for a month.Two weeks after he came home (I had been taking care of him, raw with emotion and no sleep for a month) my daughter's birthday approached. She wanted boots. We went to her favorite place, Acredale of course. We ended up spending over 200 on them. While there I was trying on boots, still numb from everything that had happened. My son was still wearing a life vest, for heaven's sake. I found a pair of boots I liked and started to take a picture of the tag, knowing my mother wanted to do something special for me after the hell we had all been through. This way she would know what boots to ask for when she came in.As I took the picture the owner (I believe, or the manager) literally YELLED AT ME FROM ACROSS THE STORE to not take pictures. Again, I was emotionally raw and couldn't even respond. What?? Don't take pictures of something so I can show my mother so she can get them? And wait. I am an adult... a good, honest and intelligent person who does not need a strange woman to yell at me in front of an entire store of people. SHE ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME.So as not to spoil my daughter's birthday (again, SHE had been holding her brother's hand as he struggled to live on the vent with a failing heart)... I kept quiet and went to purchase HER boots.The owner (manager?) came to me and said something about an apology but I just can't take a picture of the boot. I was too raw to even tell her the hell I had been through. My feet will never walk through those doors again. To this woman... think next time before you yell at a customer. You don't know what could be going on in his or her life. You just don't know.

This store is amazing! I've looked for a saddlery for awhile that had as much of a variety they have. My daughter is three and the women who worked there helped me with everything sizing, proper positioning, even opening toys! I will certainly be going back for all my horse needs! The murals on the building itself are fantastic and great for picture taking!

A great store with a wonderful staff working ready to assist you. They work so well with one another that you will definitely leave a happy customer !! From horse saddles to toy horses, jewelry, knifes, buckles, belts, shirts, pants, blouses, dresses, skirts, cowboy hats and boots. A large selection for your needs and if need be, it can be special ordered to your liking !!! Oh they have great prices !!!

Went with my wife to find some Western boots. Gina worked for nearly an hour to find just the right pair. At the end of this thoroughly enjoyable retail experience, my wife had exactly what she had been looking for. To cap it off, Gina worked her magic to ensure a perfect fit. Couldn't have been a better outcome. Love this place, and will definitely go back when I need a new pair myself.

After 5 years living South of the Mason Dixon and with a trip to Nashville on the horizon, my wife and I decided to get boots. Well, I was settled and she was on board with me getting a pair. She just wasn't sold on the idea of getting a pair for herself. After several weeks of online investigation, we thought we knew what brand and style we wanted and why. Today, off we went to see and try what was available locally. And our minds were completely changed. All I can say is that Gina and the ladies there were amazing. First she showed me what I told her I wanted and then she showed me why they weren't right for me. When I asked her why she steered me to a particular brand, she explained that when I took off my shoe she noted the shape of my foot and steered me to a brand that was cut better for that foot shape. She provided similar advice to my wife. When I asked her which boot she would get if she would only have one pair of boots, she assured me that I would eventually have more than one pair... and I think she might be right. I certainly know where we will go to get them.

Oh honey, if you like super pushy sales people that say things like um that's a $1100 boot your holding.....like you can't afford it....then this is the place for you. Bless her heart. I'm sure her mama tried. But honey... where are your manners? One boot was to small and one boot was to big, hence the reason for the exchange I wanted. They gave me a complimentary boot stretch. Yup she sure did. They call over this girl say her foot is smaller than yours and she walks around in your boots and proceeds to tell you, it's you not the boot while you're trying to look for something you can exchange it for. They told me what I liked, what I didn't like, what I could have and what I need not even look at. So sweet of them to know me so well and we had just met. I know it's hard to believe but I just couldn't stand any more of their sweet southern charm. I grabbed my boots and just decided to sell them on line. Got home tried on the boots one more time before posting them and now both boots are to big and flop when I walk. Girl done totally messed up my boots. This ain't my first boot rodeo.... I own a lot of boots. However, this is the last time I take any bull from Acredale. Hopefully you don't step in it like I did.

This place was so beautiful and fully stocked with everything you'd want! Don't get me started on the customer service. Everyone was super polite and kind. Super helpful as I didn't even know where to begin. Got me right in less than 30 mins
