757 Laos Street Food

Finally! A Laos food truck. Good people and family owned. Friendly service and laid back. They enjoy what they do and can be found all over the 757 area. I got the Laos jerky that I had been craving for over 20 years and the husband got the Pork Belly Laab. OMG, the pork belly is a must try!!!! Portions are correct based off food truck prices. We were so full yet wanted to try the Chicken Skewers and our daughter loved it. If you like spicy, the jeow dipping sauce is a must! It creeps up and has a nice burn. Got the sausage meal to go for a friend as well. Will definitely be back! We want to try the bowls and more pork belly!

Everything we ordered was amazing. Sample of the soup, egg rolls, pork belly skewers and fried pork combo plate with sticky rice and cucumber salad! Service was excellent-super friendly. We were at the Nansemond Brewery location and it the ambience was perfect.

I'd never tried food from Laos before, but it was good! The people were nice and service was good.

A really unique food truck that runs the brewery circuit. We caught up with them at Benchtop in Chelsea. I had never previously had Laotian food, so I loved the opportunity to try a new cuisine. As it Laos is adjacent to Vietnam, I expected similarities, and there were some, but the flavors were unique. The Lao sausage was unlike any I'd tried, I tasted a lot of Thai basil in the mix, which lightened the pork nicely. The chicken skewers were also really good, I'm guessing some peanut in the marinade. We really liked the egg rolls, which were very similar to Vietnamese spring rolls, but some of the best I've had. The sticky rice was also delicious, and very sticky. Great meal with some great local beer. I'll definitely be on the lookout for them in the future!

I tried the Pork Belly Laab today...OMG--the best! It's crispy pork belly that is ooooh so good! The fresh cucumbers are the perfect side & the serving is massive too! Totally worth it!

amazing food! so fresh and made with a lot of love. you need to try them, we drove an hour one way just to meet them where they were parked!
