Came to this restaurant about 3pm. When we got there no one was at the front desk. We waited a good 5 minutes before anyone came to the front before we got seated. They ended up sitting us at a booth that the bartender was servicing. He was actually very attentive (at first). We needed a little time with the menu, so he got our drinks, chips and salsa. After we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly. The Birria tacos are pretty good. It's literally the only thing I've ever ordered from there over 3-4 trips here. I love them and it's the only place I know of that I can get them here in EC. My daughter got the 3 amigos burrito. She immediately said it tasted weird, like pizza. She said that the sauce was more like marinara than a traditional Mexican red sauce. She stopped eating the burrito and kept picking at the rice. Once we were ready to go we waited about 10 minutes for a box and the check. The place was clean and honestly fairly empty , but I'm guessing that was mostly because of the time we arrived. Not really lunch or dinner. The only time we ever go there is when I want Birria tacos, and I don't really see myself coming back very soon. Every time we go (minus once) we've had a "meh" experience. I was hoping this trip would be better.

Don't normally write reviews like this but.... Staff was sooo nice!!!! They took our late reservation and our server was super nice. Unfortunately the food was a little over cooked and came out a little off on a coupleof the dishes. Not sure if the kitchen was having a bad night or not.

Been coming for dinner for the last couple years every couple months and was disappointed with the quality of food. Service was ok and the place was busy but the food just did t taste good. The chile Riano was over cooked and swimming in souse.

I came here after a long day of work with my coworkers. We had a table of 11 and we all had an appetite. The restaurant got us a table together pretty quickly. It was around 3ish PM and it wasn't too busy. We had a table ducked off in the corner and the restaurant was clean. I ordered a tropical martini which was delicious but I was sad because they ran out of the stuff to make it so I couldn't order a second one. I had the Birria tacos which were delicious but there was a discrepancy on the menu where it said it came with beans and rice and we never received the beans and rice and our waiter told us they don't come with beans and rice so they should probably fix that because everywhere I go tacos come with Thad side. Food was amazing so I'd definitely come again.

It's a family tradition to come here every time it's someone's birthday every time it's very good service is ok but after the years of coming they kind of got dry and didn't really care to correct mistakes and they always blame it on the customer over all i give it a three cause of food but know that there are better places close by

Car issues equals door dash delivery. Ordered chicken chimichangas.. hot and amazing. I ate some for lunch, I'll be eating more for dinner and probably some more tomorrow. There's a lot of food. I should have added a picture because it looked as good as it taste, but didn't want to wait lol. I will be eating here and ordering from here a lot. And my Door Dash guy, Gerardo, was also super. It's my lucky day!

Had lunch for the lunch menu eating around 1:30. Service was perfect and food arrived timely, cost for 2 around $24. We both commented tasty and enjoyed the Mexican decoration. Must go back.
