Casual, small cafe for pho, banh mi, and milk tea. We received our banh mis within 5 minutes on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon. I loved my classic banh mi, the meats were well balanced with the veggies and the bread was crunchy without being tough.

Avoid!!! I'm sitting in the window eating my Pho Tai. I have had this dish all over the world and love it very much and I'm very familiar with the way it should be. The bowl is beautiful, the broth is tasty the service is good, the presentation is great, however the amount of beef in this soup is nowhere near what it should be!!!!!!!!!!!I was very much looking forward to this being the go to Vietnamese restaurant across the street from where I live. I received a very disappointingFour (4)very small bits of beef that were Not rare, floating on the surface. This does not do it for me!! This cost over $20.I would expect an appropriate amount of rare beef in the soup. It didn't get close to what should be normally in this dish. I feel taken advantage of. I was going to complain but then I thought, you know this is how the owners presented it so I'm going to give them a review that is truthful.I wish the experience would have been better since I live across the street and would come her at least once per week if the dish was like it should be. Oh well...... I will Continue to look for a good Pho restaurant in other parts of the city. Uugghh.....

Honestly more like a 3.5, but I'm optimistic for them, and it's always nice to see cute places like this pop up near downtown! Tl;dr interesting milk tea, EXTREMELY soft/overcooked boba, ok food but smallish portions, nice that they have a lot of seating (across two floors, mostly for small groups, though).Been here a couple times now. I've tried whatever the number one banh mi is, pho tai nam, and the winter melon milk tea. My partner tried the vermicelli bowl with pork. I think so far the food hasn't been anything special, but it's fine. Banh mi was a bit skimpy on the toppings inside and small, but had good flavor. Similarly the pho broth was ok and could be more flavorful, and the meat was a bit dry. I heard the vermicelli bowl was ok but again nothing special. I did appreciate that the nuoc cham it came with wasn't overly sweet like others I've had. If you want to avoid the trek up to Argyle, I'd say this place is a good option for getting your Vietnamese food fix. Never had winter melon milk tea before, but I liked the flavor. We got 50% sugar and it was still quite sweet, but once all the ice melted it was perfect. I will say the boba itself was very disappointing since personally I want my boba to have structure and to be bouncy and chewy. Theirs was more like... soft and mushy. The boba flavor was fine, though, and nicely sweetened. I'd skip the boba next time and just get milk tea, but if you like your boba on the softer side than this is the place!You order and pay upfront and the food came very quickly. The staff were friendly. While there is a decent amount of seating, tables are very small and I don't think there's much space for large groups, at least on the ground floor.Overall a cute place with a nice variety of food, coffee, and boba drinks!

Food is good, service is friendly and fast. Menu has good variety. One star off because secret convenience fee charged. They don't tell you up front. Come on. If they can't make it on listed menu prices, then raise the menu price. Stop with this bait and switch stuff about convenience fee. Whose convenience is an add on charge actually for???

I was excited to hear about a pho spot close to me and got to try it for the first time yesterday. Their pho was mid, and not nearly enough protein for the cost. We ordered two of their steak, brisket and meatball pho, spring rolls, and a couple of drinks. Everything was subpar. Looks like I gotta keep going to uptown for good, authentic Vietnamese.

I Doordashed this to my hotel, so this review is for the food only :P It's... Not good...GRILLED CHICKEN OVER RICE: Kinda skimpy on the rice :') Chicken was tender but very salty. Veggies were limp and not crispy. Didn't come with fish sauce, it was some sort of soy sauce instead... I couldn't finish it.SPRING ROLLS: ..... I have no idea what sauce this is tbh. Like some sort of mixed hoisin sauce but not??? I usually prefer nuoc cham or peanut sauce. The flavor was very bean paste-like and very salty... With chili bits... Not my favorite. The roll itself was fine, decent amount of shrimp and veg.BROWN SUGAR BOBA MILK TEA: Gummy af boba with too much syrup... Milk tea was too sweet... UghSad............ Maybe I just ordered the wrong items?

Ordered a matcha latte, and it was prepared quickly and with a decent concentration of matcha. Not sure how the food is, but the matcha was good, lots of customization options, and right for the price!

Stopped by during my lunch break to get a winter melon milk tea with boba! I got a medium size for $7.12. Service was quick. The drink was really good! Flavorful, sweet, and a balanced combination of tea & milky taste!! The interior vibe was more like Asian family restaurant vibe than the typical cutesy boba vibe.

I've been twice now. The place itself isn't unpleasant but not much to look at. It's nice enough. The front door doesn't always close properly so depending on the weather you might want to sit far from it. Even if it's cold, the people who work there are not. They're very nice and eager to serve. I have had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll, the grilled pork bahn mi and I tried the mango milk tea with tapioca pearls. The vermicelli bowl was good. I've had better and worse. I would like more fish sauce and I'd like it with less chili. You can always add more at your table so I don't want extra in it when it comes to me. There's plenty of fresh vegetables and peanuts which is really a bonus. The worst part was the egg roll. They fry these up in advance I think and mine was cold and a bit stale. It's probably a good roll fresh. Not sure. The bahn mi was excellent. I like their rolls. They're perfect. Delicious sandwich. I also really enjoyed my tea. I have no idea what milk tea is. They told me it was nondairy. It's not too sweet. It went really well with my bahn mi. What should I try on my next visit?!

This is probably one of the worst place I ever had , if it wasn't because is the closest to my hotel , I Would've choose this place , the pho is pricey and the soupHas no taste , and is missing someIngredient in my bowl of pho ! Plus the girl who took my order is rude !! ThankGoodness I don't live here and I don't have to came back to this place again ! I wouldn't given any stars if I could . Don't come here for pho
