Good and service was good. Flavor of broth was nice but the meat was tough. We are familiar with enjoying Pho at a family style restaurant with many regulars. This was definitely more of a modern take on a bowl of comfort food.

Vermicelli was excellent - very flavorful. Staff was friendly. It was very busy so seems to be a hot spot.I wasn't a fan of the pork spring rolls - too much pork and not enough other stuff. I should have gotten the veggie spring rolls.

They've forgotten the extra veggies twice now. I can't call cuz they haven't set up their phone number voice mail. I have no way of contacting. So, as long as you check your to go bag every time, the food is great.

Nice concept and clean restaurant. We enjoyed the restaurant space. The food in itself was okay. I was a little disappointed with the steak and shrimp vermicelli bowl. The steak was a little dry and over cooked. The pork vermicelli bowl and chicken one was well seasoned and delicious. However, the protein quantity didn't match the amount of noodles and vegetables that they gave. For $14 a bowl, I expected a little more. I went to square lotus the other day and got the combo there, same $16 price. They threw in egg rolls and it was a lot heartier in terms of the portion. It just didn't measure up to the other vermicelli bowls that I have had in the past.

Such high marks I had to check them out. Negative mark for me. If you like the more adventurous meat options or are a seasoned Pho eater. I think you'll be disappointed. Menu soup options are not like most Pho restaurants where you can fine tune meat options such as flank, steak, fatty flank, tripe, and tendon. You have a few beef or chicken options.I actually came to try the Banh Mi because it seems the Eastside has limited options. Here the sandwich was very good. Again, not in the traditional sense as no pate. In generic terms, this place seems to be designed more towards the less adventurous palate. The Banh Mi is also priced pretty high in my opinion. $11 starting with increased costs for adding some options. Banh Mi is supposed to be a pretty inexpensive food option. International district Banh Mi is usually around $6. The sandwich was good, but the bread was a little hard. A perfect sandwich the outer crust should have a nice crunch and the inner bread should be soft.I will probably try the Pho just to compare, but as it stands it is hard to get past the meat options I'm used to. Ordered takeout here delivered by UberEats. Really well packaged, great attention to detail. Vegan items marked without sticker and non vegan items marked with sticker. Excellent professionalism and very high quality. Everything was fresh. It's one of the best Pho take out I've ever had. The package was so perfect, they separated all of the ingredients and it all fit properly in the take out bowl. I was very impressed and would order again. Thank you Vinason Team!

I haven't actually been here physically, just had food picked up for and have ordered for delivery. Everything I've tried has been very flavorful. The pho broth is so rich and flavorful, even before adding any seasoning. I had ordered a vermicelli bowl with no vermicelli or the fish sauce, and substituted the broccoli and carrots for the noodles (additional $2) because I was on keto. And it was still so tasty without the noodles and sauce because the lemongrass pork was so flavorful and veggies were so fresh.

You have to pay extra now or you get cold noodles when you order pho... our take out was cold when we got it home. We can't eat at the restaurant anymore because they play music videos and advertisements on a big screen tv, so it's not longer great for kids. They have automated kiosks now that you can order from and interaction with the staff is minimal - but they still ask for a tip. The food isn't bad, it's just increasingly overpriced. I will be going to Miss Saigon from now on. Sad to see this business go downhill.
