My favorite espresso martini I've had. Cheers to the bartender. Atmosphere is very fun. I like the outside back seating area a lot. Service is very nice and nice food prices!!

Food was great, went for a happy hour type situation with a friend. We got some beers, nachos, and cheese curds. The nachos were standout, fully loaded with toppings, it was almost like we needed more chips to finish which is a rarity. Super well made. The cheese curds were great too, but damn those nachos.Amazing beer selection, with reasonable pricing. Service was great, kind, and efficient.

The absolute best late night hangout spot with the yummiest selection of beers. Friendly service and crowd. If I, logistically, could go here every night, I probably would.

We waited over a hour for a beef sandwich as I kept trying to get Anne's attention while she was standing at the next table she continued to ignore my eye contact . It took us 20 minutes to get our drink the next table over had 2 rounds of tequila and 2 more rounds of drinks. Maybe they had all her attention because she was drinking shots with them and we heard the man who was smoking a cigar over her a bump and handed her a small pkg. I went inside to see if someone could check on my order, instead they went outside and brought her in she said it takes awhile to make your steak salad what steak salad I ordered a beef. Then she became very verbal she told me she had plenty of customers that liked her because of her great personality and called me a bitch in front of the manager which seemed to be ok with her. I asked to speak to the owner and she said come back outside he's the guy iam drinking shots with so do you think he really cares what you have to say?

Fun and low key spot in Roscoe. Attentive service and a wonderful Cesar salad wrap. Enjoyed their back room with TVs.

Awesome neighborhood bar in Roscoe! My wife and daughter wanted to visit a bookstore, so my son and I visited here just two doors down. It was pretty busy for 3 pm, but we got a hi top table and placed our orders right away. We had a couple of Old Styles, and I tried the Krombacher pilsner. It was the beer of the month and very good. My wife and daughter joined us about an hour later and had a couple of drinks. This seemed to be a less expensive bar than most we visited in Chicago. That's always a good thing! Service was outstanding! I can't get over these beautiful Chicago bars. Long and narrow. Awesome architecture. Perfect setup here at Village Tap! Will definitely try and make it back here on our next visit to Chicago.

Don't you dare ask to split the bill here!!! You are an inconvenience!!! You're an even more inconvenience if you want to order drinks!!! Watch out for these sassy bartenders! Bless their sour souls.

People have raved about this chicken Caesar wrap. I was so excited and wanted to just absolutely love it. I couldn't have been more disappointed. The atmosphere in the bar is great but the food (cheese curds and chicken caesar wrap) just wasn't good. We also asked for a coke and it tasted so off/looked completely off. We also asked for another coke and they said their CO2 machine was down and that was the problem. The service was just not great either. I wanted to love it but Overall just not the best experience. we will not be back.

Went on a Sunday evening. Ordered basic food. Waited over an hour for my food that never came. I had a baby with me and couldn't wait any longer. When I told them I no longer wanted the food and needed the check, they wanted me to pay for the food that I never even received. There was no apology. Just a statement that I should be more understanding because they are busy. I was understanding until they asked me to pay for food I was never even given. Really disappointed in the service.
