Beautiful open dining room! Brightly lit and EXCELLENT customer service ! Warm FAMILY feel!

Visiting from California- my husband found a delicious local Italian restaurant. Everything tasted great, but the star was the appetizer mussels with garlic. It tasted so fresh and juicy. No picture. The value is great for the price! With every entree you get a salad and a pasta.We ordered - chioppino- spicy, tons of seafood - linguine with clams- good flavor- salmon was cooked perfectly - chicken Marsala with gnocchi Our server was wonderful! Nice ambiance with white tablecloth.

Hadn't been to this place in years, nor do I expect to go back.We walked in, wasn't sure if we needed to wait to be seated, so we did anyway. Someone that I assume is a regular came in after us, brushed past and sat at the bar-counter. We were told to sit anywhere. The guy that came in after us placed his order, while we sat for about 10 minutes. We placed our order; the restaurant began to fill up. We waited about 45 minutes without anyone checking on us at all. Tables that came in 15 minutes after us were served their meals, at which point I asked the waitress about our order. She checked with the kitchen, and they lost our order slip. The waitress said it wasn't her fault. We left. I appreciate they didn't charge us for the 1 soda we ordered.

First, the food and serviceWe were seated right away. The server was just coming off of a super busy rush, but was still doing their best to cover the few remaining tables.We got right to the mains and orderedChicken PiccataLinguini with clam sauceEggplant parmLobster ravioli...and a side of meatballsAll dishes came out in reasonable time. The eggplant was not warmed through and our server took it right back to the kitchen to get it heated up. Otherwise the food was great, well prepared and served in generous amounts. Everyone's meal also came with a small salad, which was great. Some of the pasta is house made and especially delicious. The meatballs were also excellent and well prepared.Overall, we were all enjoying our meal. There were four large screens right behind our table, three were on sports channels and the fourth was on a conservative news channel, spewing all kinds of shit into the room. It was impossible to ignore and without question impacted our experience in negative ways. While I understand the right of a business owner to cast their choice at their own establishment, I urge the owner of Victor's to reconsider. You have a lovely spot, serving wonderful food, why add politics into the mix? In my opinion, the most positive dining experiences are those that serve as a respite from the divisive discontent swirling all around us.

Four stars for the food zero for ambiance. It's a small joint, in Saugus, but worth the trip. Everyone is friendly and portions are decent. Chicken Parmesan sub is the go to.

BYOB. Small old school great place reasonable price delicious and no frills .. not many places like this around anymore

Let's just say I was a little nervous because it almost looks close from the outside and it's very dark from the outside and it's in a strip mall.But I get in and the waitress is the host and the waitress. We sat down right away and we had the bread oil. I do wish however they just brought it around because it doesn't seem very sanitary sitting there and having everyone have to mix it up with their fingers to hold the top. However, everything else was pretty great.I got the chicken with butter and cheese sauce and it was the best I've ever had. I would 100% get it over and over again. It had a little too much pepper but overall it was amazing pasta. It was cooked perfect. The chicken was like fried with flour. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. It wasn't too hard that it was too hard to eat. Honestly it was probably the best I've ever had. My friend had the chicken broccoli ziti with Alfredo and also said it was delicious!The waitress was super friendly and was always checking up on us. I love that they give water in a fancy bottle

It's in a little strip mall right off route 1 near the dinosaur. Food was delicious. Very clean. A little pricey, but that's the way the world is today. They got the order correct, which you can't count on that lately anywhere. I'll be going back soon. It says 4 stars but add an extra half cuz they included rolls and a salad.

We had our daughter's engagement party here this past Sunday. I can't say enough about the service (Josephine and her daughter). A++. They took care of everything the moment we arrived until everyone left. Planning the day was very easy and accommodating. The food was delicious and everyone had nothing but compliments!! Omar the cook, our thanks to you! We will definitely visit again for dinner and wouldn't hesitate booking a celebration here again. Thank you for a wonderful day!!

I started with the meatball appetizer and the meatballs were delicious. They were so tender and cut like butter. For my entree I had the shrimp and scallop scampi and that was good too. I sat at the bar and was able to watch the one chef create multiple dishes at once, and the restaurant was a little busy! Service was good too. I'll be back in the future, especially for the meatballs!
