Veraci Pizza - Wedgwood

This review is for their portable pizza oven service at wedding in Snoqualmie. Was part of a wedding group in Snoqualmie this weekend at Silglio Cellars when Verace's Pizza oven showed up out back. The two experienced pizza chefs and self-proclaimed dream team (15+ years and 8+ years) had the oven quickly fired up and began churning out delicious thin crust creations with garlic pesto, chicken red onion, and fresh sausage toppings. Over a dozen different types and some special request custom pizzas were whipped out quickly. The 1000F oven crisped and charred the crusts to perfection and the applewood smoke left just a hint of flavor from the aged oven.No one had to wait, and what I liked best is that they made and boxed a number of pizzas for people to take home and enjoy. Wish I had some pics but sometimes it's hard to get good pics at a wedding.Quality thin crust pizza and quality service. 5 stars and recommended for any of your future events.

Was doing some shopping at U Village and had a hankering for pizza. Pulled up Veraci's and decided to try it out. They do wood fired pizzas here, you can see the oven when you walk in as well as the huge wood pile outside. They sell canned drinks and bottles of wine (but no glass pours). We opted to get whole pizzas, but they also sell slices with whatever is out on the counter.We ordered some drinks, and each of us got the smaller sized pizza. The pizzas here were cooked super fast! Came out within a few minutes of ordering. The pizzas have a very thin crust, almost cracker thin. I liked the two pizzas we got (Salume, and Prosciutto & Arugula), they complemented each other well. The Salume was definitely stronger flavored, and the Prosciutto Arugula a bit more mild and sweet.The lemon coco drink is not carbonated (it does say as much on the can, I just didn't pay attention), but it's still refreshing and not too sweet. There is a self serve station in the back with utensils, water, chili flakes, Parmesan, bussing stations, as well as to go materials for your leftovers (foil, plates, etc), which is very handy. Only thing we didn't see was a recycle bin, they only seemed to have trash cans.

Another mediocre pizza place in Seattle. I did enjoy the thin and crispy crust. Unfortunately the sauce and toppings were flavorless. I got the spicy sausage, mushroom and pepperoni. The sauce was anything but spicy and meat was just meh. I tried something new and prob would not go back.

Pizza is great. Salad? Not so much. Don't ask how much I paid for a pittance of lettuce, a lemon wedge & dressing. Evidently croutons and pepper are extra......

The last couple of times, the crust has been either severely under- or way overcooked, not a lot of flavor in the sauce. Good enough service - the one time I've asked for a redo, there was no added charge. I'm just disappointed because it used to be more consistently good.

Super solid pizza joint and I love the fact they have pizza by the slice! I really enjoy being able to get a pizza by the slice for a meal or a snack- ha! and especially when it's wood fired pizza - score! I had friends used Veraci to cater their wedding and it was a total bonus because they can cater to so many different palates.Pizza is such a treat and between you and me it's my love language. Anytime you can have a meal that meat lovers and veggie lovers can share is a win-win in my book!

I meant to go this Pizza place for a long time and I finally went there today. I ordered the basic Pepperoni Pizza. They do take the order through the phone, but they don't take payment. You have go to the restaurant pay for it there. Well I got home and this is what I got. First overall. It is a thin crust and their pepperoni is a little spicy, but their red sauce is sweet. I wanted to try a new place for pizza and this that place (Veracity Pizza located in Wedgewood). Again it was ok but not great. Price is reasonable. So do I recommended , Yes. Everyone should try it once.

Absolutely delicious pizza. Nice spices and herb sauce and great chewy crust I like the Salati Fresca and the New Yorker pizza best. Also the Amante de Carne.

This is definitely one of the better pizzas we've had in the Seattle area, esp for delivery! The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were flavorful! However the size options were odd. Their medium is 11" and large is 16". (No smalls). We ordered the mediums and honestly they would've been small pizzas at any other place. Definitely pricey for the size but we did enjoy it.
