I could not believe how the quality of the food has gone down.... the meat was chewy and very tough! the noodles were gummy and unappeating.The egg rolls looked like the oil has not been changed in awhile. unfortunately I will not be coming back ... cost too much to receive bad quality of food

A Park Ridge stalwart, this timeless spot has good food at a fair price and easily makes dietary accomodations and is vegan friendly. Solid, consistent service. I have been coming for over 25 years and look forward to them returning to indoor dining soon. Give them a try!

Avoid this place at all costs. Sold us "rotten" Mongolian beef. Other items we ordered were passable. When asked to correct the problem asked us to bring the food back for them to review. This is carry out Chinese at its worst. Also woman inside was NOT wearing a mask. Not cool. Do NOT trust the food here, a classic, once out the door, no more service. I paid cash, about 50 bucks, lesson learned, pay with credit so you can cancel payment. To the owner of this place! I will report this to the PR health dept. you are now on my crap list, and I will share this.Skip this place, go to one of the other Asian restaurants in Park Ridge. Save yourself the aggravation and bad food, keep your family well.

It's been a while since we ordered because the pandemic so we submitted an order online and the food was ready in no time at all. We dropped by real quick to pick it up and there were orders flying out the door! Food was made vegan no problem and it was fresh and tasty just like we remembered!

My family has been eating here for years and usually it's great, but today I found a shrimp in my egg roll that obviously hadn't been cleaned. The bamboo in the Mongolian Beef was also hard and undercooked. I'm sad to see what was once my go to restaurant produce food of this lower quality.

Recently went here for dinner. The decor is very nice, it has a clean, modern feeling. There was only one server working. She was polite but you could tell hurried and not exactly the most warm and welcoming. There was music on veryyy quietly so it was kind of an awkward quiet noise level. The wine selection probably leaves something to be desired...I am giving it 4 stars because the food was delicious and everyone in our group agreed. Also the decor shines compared to other Chinese or Thai restaurants I've been to, where it's best utilized as a carry out. I think the prices are reasonable, but I also live in the city where it's hard to get an entree anywhere decent for less than $16. Most of the dishes can be made spicy. I originally wanted to order the sweet and sour chicken, but when I asked if it could be made spicy our server laughed. She said, if I tell the chef that he will say no that's not good. So I got the Kung pao chicken instead and it was spicy, flavorful and the vegetables looked fresh. I appreciated her honesty!

Certainly went way down to the bottom of my list of Good Eats!! Food was not at all what I recalled poor quality the place is always empty and now I know why. When a favorite restaurant goes very very bad one has to ask WHY ! So so sad cause it used to be a neighborhood favorite!!!!

no need for this place to be open. just picked up $70.00 that went rite in the garbage. Egg Rolls looked like they haven't changed the fryer oil in months.Everything else tasteless.Very Sad!

They are charging a 15% service fee!!!!! On top of it they give less food such as the meat or shrimp!

I used to like the food here, but the rudeness of the woman running it when I entered the restaurant 10 minutes before they opened was such a turn off, I decided to never come back. These people have no clue how important is customer service in America. They don't realize that when they lose 1 customer, they actually lose 20 of them. I will tell everyone I know about my experience. The food was mushy when I had it delivered and half of the dish were bamboo shoots and green onions. When I called to tell them that, they did nothing about it. No apologies. So rude and unreasonable. Very poor customer service. I drove by there recently during the day and the place was open but no one was there. No customers. Not a surprise.
