We were staying at the Pendry and had breakfast here one day. The food was good. The croissant egg sandwich was delicious. They forgot to add the bacon so our waitress brought some out separately. Service was decent but she wasn't super friendly.We also went for happy hour one evening. They have good deals on oysters. The other food was good, we got the sliders and tarte flambe. I had a delicious espresso martini. We sat at the bar and the server was very nice. I'm surprised to see the reviews aren't great here. I can imagine sometimes it's busy due to its location in downtown, especially for happy hour, but the food was good and it has nice ambience.

The ambiance was very nice, semi - formal with nice spread out seating , relaxed atmosphere not noisy at all . We were here for brunch and hence did not have the opportunity to enjoy sums of their other culinary delightsThe servers arrived quickly and helped with the menu and got our orders out in a timely manner. We enjoyed the food, from the eggs Benedict to the other entree s and the avocado toast as well as their venteux breakfast special. Next time we will try their pastry section because the choice seemed delightful. They could add a touch of design to their cappuccinos to make it look interesting but I enjoyed that as well

I love the grown and sexy ambiance here! It was perfect for the 1st stop on my bday photo shoot. There are areas that are dark & sultry but there were also areas that are light & refreshing. I love the combo. Up front they also have a pool table Everyonee loved their meals! They said the seasoning, tender juiciness, and flavors were amazing. I ordered a salad with lobster on it which was reallyy good! I didn't want to eat something too heavy prior to pictures, but I look forward to trying more of their food. The hosts were pretty great. They stored my luggage as a curtesy and moved our table to help me get better photos. Although our waiter was also really good my mom did advised while I was taking pictures she seemed to be a bit in a rush taking their order. Only downside is they can be a bit pricey but that's to be expected at a DT restaurant. To give an example the water is $10+ if you're not getting tap.

We visited Ventuex for Father's Day Brunch and ordered the Duck and Waffles, Steak and Eggs, and an Egg White Omelette, along with an iced vanilla latte and a hot latte.The restaurant had a classy ambiance and is in a great location in the center of the city. The service was fine. The duck was delicious--crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, the waffle was mediocre and not very fluffy. The egg white omelette was decent. The Steak and Eggs were okay, but I wish there had been more steak. The toast that came with the dish was a bit dry. Unfortunately, the coffees were a bit bland, so I would skip them next time.

We stopped in for a drink and a 1/2 dozen west coast oysters last night... unfortunately the place was dead and it was a Saturday night at 8pm... the food was great and the service from one of the bartenders was exceptional. I wish I would have caught his name. Both were great though! I will absolutely be back and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal on mag mile.

This restaurant is beautiful inside but the service was not the best. The food is alright at best but not for the price. My friend decided to get a mimosa but wasn't sure whether to do bottomless or not. Fortunately she did not get it because our server only checked in on us a couple times. We had been sitting and eating and my water was getting empty. I noticed and was hoping our server would come by and fill it up but she did not come until we had been finished eating for a good 20 minutes. My friend also wanted a refill of her mimosa and couldn't get one because our server never came by until we were done with our food. The French toast and duck and waffle are decent, but it's a bit overpriced.

Love!!Came here for the happy hour before we went to watch Mamma Mia at the theatre. The happy hour is absolutely insane! I got the rose and it was delicious and an incredible amount of oysters as well as the sliders and fresh bread! Everything was beautiful and the staff were lovely. I recommend sitting at the bar! It's definitely a fun spot!
