1stly, let me say, that during these very trying times, I respect and appreciate the fact that Veggie Busters' doors are still open. It's great to be able to keep some semblance of "normal" right now and not have to cook ALL of my meals and still be safe.I have been enjoying the breakfast of the sister store "Gut Busters" for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised to see the plant-based variation that is known as Veggie Busters, though I was a bit skeptical, since I frequent Gut Busters moreso for the price and serving size of the meals, more than anything else, so my antennae were up a bit going in.The location though small and no-frills, is bright, well-windowed, minimalist and clean. The staff was eager, pleasant and accommodating. (When it was all said and done, I ended up getting a 12' sandwich for the price of a 6", since there was a bit of a delay in getting my order out).As a Vegetarian, I have eaten Veggie Philly Cheesesteaks from sandwich shops, burger joints, wing shops and everywhere in between and I am NOT prone to freely throwing out superlatives, so when I tell you, that this was the BEST Veggie Philly Cheesesteak that I have EVER had in my life, I mean it and you should take it to heart! The sandwich was absolutely AWESOME!! Fresh, whole, vegetables, not diced into microscopic, miniscule morsels...The toppings that are well known and established on a Cheesesteak, such as sautéed peppers and onions, but this 1 also had WHOLE white mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers and to keep things true to form and add a little extra oomph, I put non-vegan cheese on mine. (I'm a Vegetarian, NOT a Vegan!!)The sandwich had bitters, sweets, savories, tangies and was a FULL and Total mouth explosion and experience! Even though I wrote this thesis paper about my experience, when I was actually eating the sandwich, I was at a total loss for words and you know, when you shut the f--k up while you're eatin', that says EVERYTHING and anything that needs to be said!!'Nuff Respect, BIG Up and More Power, Veggie Busters!! These are the kinds of little surprises that enrich existence and make life just a tad bit more fun and fulfilling.

I & my CAU crew go way back with Gut Busters, circa "in school". We were never disappointed & always left with a busted gut...in a good way. I just landed & wanted something Vegan in the Camp Creek/Fulton Industrial area & my trusty Yelp App led me here. A little excitement for the presence of V food for the V crew & in the area. A little more excitement when the employee told me that the same Owners of Gut Busters who hails from Philly Veggie Busters. Talk about Nosh Nostalgia.Of course, I had planned to go Vegan Ham on ordering, yet both items I wanted were sold out - Boneless Wings aka Cauliflower Florets & Vegan Chili. But hey, it's really all about the Cheesesteaks right? I ended up ordering both the Philly & Chicken steak sandwiches, Sweet Potatoe Fries that are sprinkled with Cinnamon - definitely not my thing, Fried Green Beans & Crispy Fried Hearts of Palm. Unfortunately, everything besides the SP Fries was salt overload, especially the sandwich fillings & Green Beans. Not one to waste money on food so I made a salad out of my Chicken Cheesesteak which offset the extreme sodium intake & taste. Besides Cheesesteaks, VB offers Burgers, Sausages & Daily Specials like Spaghetti & Meatballs. I'll be back when in the area to try something new.

This is my second time experiencing their food and it was better than the last dish I tried. The resturant is in a shopping plaza with other restaurants so if you work or live in that area it's a great place to eat.You may get confused the first time going because right next to it is their sister store Gut Busters so if you aren't sure, ask.Their entire menu is plant based which I love! They even have a cute selfie area to promote them on social media #veggiebusters. The first time I tried their fried zucchini fries and they were amazing that I had to get them again. I also had their Bbq jackfruit over yellow rice which was enough for 3 servings! A little on the sweet side but still very good. Tonight I had the chicken philly-OMG!! I think it is my favorite. Decent size but I wanted more even after being full. They make their own basil tea in two sizes. I tried the blueberry and the strawberry-very good. Next time I go, I will have to get the mason jar size to take home. This will be my new spot because there are so many options to try and I'm changing my eating and learning at the same time.

Confused looking at our phones in search of a really good vegetarian restaurant we kept coming across Veggie Busters which we assumed was Gut busters because of their location. We skimmed across this place every timed it popped up when we searched even though we were in the area. Finally on the way to a neighboring restaurant we saw a new extension of Gut Busters and had to see if it was what has been coming up on our phones. To our surprise it was indeed Veggie Busters in a small space along side of Gut Busters. This place had a really nice vibe upon walking in and the workers greeted us very politely. It was empty which gave them time to explain majority of the items on the menu. The Food We started with the obvious, "Fried Portabella Mushrooms". Fried perfectly we figured if they made a mistake with this dish then we would pop opted out of any other orders. After trying these it was evident we wanted to taste more.Fried Zucchini chipsSimilar to the fried mushroom these were different and felt healthy. Fried lightly this would be a goto order if we ever dropped by Veggie Busters.Fried Cauliflower Another Classic Vegetarian Favorite offering a variety of sauces you can add to this side satisfying your tastebuds. Italian Meatball Sub We ordered this dish for our youngster and she loved every bit of it being that she eats meat. " It was good it had bell peppers and unions on it mmmmmm mmmm" was the her exact words! Extremely satisfied.Shrimp Po'BoyWe ordered the Po'Boy due to recommendations from the cashier. He explained how it tasted identical to a Po'Boy ( Being that Leezy is originally from Louisiana) so we gave it a try. One word..Disgusting. It tasted almost like it was some type of pickled mayonnaise on it and wasn't dressed like a Po'Boy at all (See Pic below). The bread seemed right because of other pictures we saw but it ultimately was hoagie bread. Never again.Shameless Cajun SausageThis sausage was pretty tasty because Leezy smashed this while trying to capture a picture of it. It was dressed good and had sauce all on top of it making it look like a polish sausage. Footlong Veggie Turkey wrapOur turkey wrap wasn't anything special besides the turkey tasted a little fake but keep in mind it is a alternative for meat. It was good because you can either chose a spinach wrap or a regular. We got spinach to further our vegetarian thoughts but it was nothing shy of a homemade turkey sandwich.Boneless Wings ( Sweet Thai Chili )The wings were tasty with their sweet Thai chili sauce on it and taste like wings from an actually restaurant. We would absolutely recommend this dish because its so basic it can't be messed up. Order based off your taste buds.Brio BurgerFilled with flavors this burger was exceptionally good! Corn was creamy, Potato strips were crispy, and it had different textures to it. Beware this burger is high in carbs so for a vegetarian this would probably be the only thing you can order without feeling fat.Philly cheese steakWe highly recommend this dish because it tasted identical to a Philly and made it to our favorites list. All in all this is a decent place to grab a bit but its costly so if you don't want to run up your tab then we suggest going with what you are familiar with.3 out of 5 stars-The Peezy's

My other review was for GutBusters. Wrong business and I've honestly never eaten anything from there. Here's my official first review from my second visit. It's clean, looks healthier from the moment you walk inside. Customer service is great if you're greeted and serviced by Destiny (Asst Manager). Food option was Vegan chicken Philly w/ vegan cheese and sweet potato fries. The food is dropped hot. Takes a little time but it's fresh. My sandwich was 12 inches, shared with a friend. Great portion and we were almost stuffed. Definitely will return! Downside is that they need more beverage options. Both Gutbuster's and Veggiebuster's share the same manager/owner. Basically it feels like the ghetto unhealthy side vs the healthy cleaner and friendly side. Staff even acts different and I got a beverage from the other side.

My friends came from Israel and they are vegan I was looking up many vegan options and had settled on this place, I drove all the way from Sandy springs to this place on a Friday afternoon in traffic, it took us over an hour to get there and a lot of the things on the menu weren't available. How do u have a Vegan restaurant And u can't even order a salad , we had to order the salad from the regular meat side, there r 2 sections to the restaurant, one vegan side other meat side.We ordered salad from the meat side and wanted the veggie meat toppers as a side . No matter what they wouldn't accommodate us. Sadly this was a waste of time and money , food was not good at all. I wouldn't give it a 1 star if I could . If you are vegan don't waste your timeout money , food is crap.w
