I enjoyed a good breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheese, and beans for about $10 and some change with tax. The burrito was well priced for its size.The burrito came well filled with all the ingredients. The bacon was tasty, and the eggs were well scrambles. I like that they did not overdo it with the beans, and the potatoes were not overly sized.Their hot sauces were very good. I had the bright orange one, which was great, and the green one, which was good, too.This location offers a drive thru and a lot of inside seating and some outside, too. The service at the counter was very good.

Solid breakfast burrito. Ordered on door dash and wish could edit what is included in it. I got the bacon breakfast burrito. My husband got chorizo breakfast burrito. Don't love that the hot sauce comes in pouches. Can't tear them and when cut with scissors it drips all over the place.Ok husband just got torta last night. He rated it 1/10 and said it was terrible. Sad.

I've been eating at Vallarta for years and while I'm a different person now than I was when I first had Vallarta 10+ years ago, I can tell you that the flavors and my feelings towards it have remained the same. If anything, they have grown because I don't live near it and don't eat it as often.Vallarta Express has multiple locations across the San Diego area and like the other ones, this location in Mira Mesa is also open 24/7. Since I don't come here as much now, when I do I always get the same thing: christian fries.If you don't know, christian fries are basically carne asada fries but with bacon and fried eggs on top. Sometimes I'll get a burrito too but the christian fries are my ole reliable. It has a certain flavor that I just can't explain but I keep gravitating toward it. It has all the toppings: carne asada, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, bacon, and eggs. On top of that, I'm obsessed with their red sauce and drench it on every bite.Prices have gone up over the years but that doesn't stop me from coming back again and again. Other people have their opinions on what their favorite carne asada fries spot is and this one is mine. I've always dubbed this place as "my last meal on Earth" and unless something drastic changes, it will remain that way.

We've driven by this area so many times but we finally walked in this past weekend. My partner had a hankering for good Mexican food. This area is where my in laws shop for Asian groceries too. We ordered a few burritos, taco platters and a plate of nachos. We took over the largest table and helped ourselves to a lot of red and green sauces too. The food is plentiful, huge and worth it. I only ate half my carne asada burrito before switching to a taco platter that came with rice and beans. Also got plenty of nachos topped with sour cream and guacamole. The place was practically empty since most people go to the drive thru or take it to go. Worth the drive.

Disgusting employee behavior.. guy in the morning taking orders with 1 arm, instead of giving his customers food, rather stand there and chit chat with his friends.. cmon do better

I can appreciate that this place is open 24/7 cause it's saved me from starving many nights lol. All of the food is pretty bland so I have to doctor it up but I've tried the potato taco, beef rolled tacos, buffalo chicken quesadilla, chips and salsa/guacamole, steak chimichanga, adobada burrito, and the Jicama agua fresca (bomb). The drive thru staff can be moody and the lines can be long.

Service here leaves much to be desired... We came in to what seemed like a pretty busy place... We watched as ticket after ticket was called..

Vallartas is the king when it comes to getting an affordable, stuffed burrito at the dead of night. There's a ton of options on the menu and it's sure to fill you up. Get a bunch of their red sauce for a kick!

Perfect option for a larger, quick meal when you are in the mood for easy tacos/burritos/loaded fries. California burrito or a fish taco is my go-to, definitely pick up some of their orange sauce. Service is quick at the counter or via drive-thru. It's fast food Mexican food, can't go wrong with the right expectations! Few parking spots available, located on a busy street, usually take the food to-go but there are tables to sit at inside.

Very last minute decision to order food here because it was late night and you were tired from moving apartments. It was a very good decision.The food was very satisfying and flavorful. Extremely large portion size And definitely worth the money.Pollo Asado Taco and Carne Asada Taco were both delicious! Two tortillas and such a large amount of meat I could have made doubles! So so good! Meat was perfectly cooked as well.My husband got Buffalo Chicken Burrito - This was loaded and so good! Good amount of flavor and proper a buffalo chicken vibe.Friends got Philly Burrito and Chimichanga, and devoured them both.Basically everyone loved it!
