My initial review was not a positive experience, as I did not had the best experience yesterday. The food was not up to par as it usually is. I will be giving this location a second try. I really do love US EGG, and have eaten at a few other locations but primarily the other Scottsdale location and I just love it. Hopefully the second experience will be better, because I'm looking forward to it. Thank you George for showing me how there are still amazing business owners out there who do care about customer experience! I upgraded my rating because of how this situation was handled quickly, with care and understanding of my situation. Btw, the sausage links are the absolute best here!

The BEST Protein Pancakes around. I wasn't even planning on ordering the pancakes, but the server suggested them, and I am SO GLAD she did, because they were extremely tasty. We got there before the rush, when they opened, so we had no wait, and were seated right away. There is plenty of seating inside. The staff greeted and seated us promptly. The server was very friendly and attentive, checking in and getting refills. The omelette I had was PACKED with ingredients, cooked just right, and full of flavor. The iced coffee was very good as well. But, the Protein Pancakes were amazing!! Definitely worth checking out. I will be back for those pancakes for sure.

I am thoroughly impressed with the abundance of breakfast and brunch places in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I wish this was the case everywhere. Good breakfast is a premium. There is a small outdoor patio with heat lamps. Great for dogs. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The specialty of this chain is the hash brown skillets. They are fairly large and you can do half and half with pancakes. They also have a bunch of sandwiches too, if you're tired of eggs.

Food was plentiful and outs of great breakfast flavor. I had a make your own omelette with chorizo sausage, green chili, onions and cheese. It was stuffed with ingredients and flavor. The protein pancakes with blueberries granola and oats were dang good. Didn't even need syrup. Finished it off with and Irish coffee and cream. I our server stayed on top of things and was very consistent and knowledgeable. We lived the finished inside it was warm and inviting and not over done. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is I have to go a second time to make sure It consistently brings it. I don't doubt it will make 5 stars.

Went in for breakfast here while in town. The place was clean. Service was ok. The food was just ok nothing great. Our waffle was not hot enough to melt the butter. We were hungry and ate up. Maybe a different time it might have been better.

When you want a lot of choices, big portions & fresh food. There's nothing unique or "special" about this place, no gimmicks, just good food & terrific service. We had a guest this week & decided to take her here for a wholesome breakfast.Natalie is our server; very pleasant, quick, accommodating with pretty nails & a great smile.Looking for a mellow breakfast place with good food, come on in.

Was up in north Scottsdale for business and had wrapped up at lunch time. Was looking for something other than fast food to have lunch or brunch. As driving towards home came across this place. Parking was little hard and was worried being high noon on Saturday it would be packed. Walked in and was seated right away. Ordered an iced tea and omelet. Server apologized for delay with iced tea as they were preparing a fresh batch. Tea and food came out at same time. Food was well prepared, right temperature and was what I was expecting (though was not sure what to expect given never had dish before). Hash Browns were excellent, most places are over-cooked and dehydrated. Server was friendly and checked in on me from time to time. Asked for an Iced Tea to go and was promptly given one. Hope to visit again if I am ever up in that area or near another one of their locations (none of which are close to me in Queen Creek).
