Urban Wings

When I first experienced urban wings. The customer service was top tier. Family owned business in the neighborhood serving up some delicious wings! I went by today for some wings and the customer service and energy was just down right terrible. I walk in and the hostess/cashier sees me but she turns away. I stand at the register for about 10 minutes before the cashier looks at me like "okay order" never said "hey you want to order" I always give cashiers grace and I wait patiently for them to welcome me up. They could be busy wrapping up other orders. So I say hey can I have hot honey with lemon pepper sprinkles. The cashier and NEW cook in training look crazy and go "GIRL WHAT IS DAT" I'm like -_- Then they go to say "girl you can't just be making up stuff" I'm like is literally right here on your business page and menu what the F ? They both looking crazy. They like ohhhhhhhh HOT HONEY LEMON PEPPER At this point I'm over the antics and negative energy. No I don't want a drink. And I ALMOST didn't leave a tip at all. But wow I really hate to see the community so lackluster of professionalism and customer service.

Went to check them out & will not be returning. Boneless wings were over cooked nuggets. My friend got some wings with bones & they were cooked so hard we couldn't even find any meat. She's taking hers back.

I finally got a chance to tryout Urban Wings. I've passed this spot many times thinking I need to try it. The first thing I noticed was the decor when you go inside. It has a great Atlanta theme. The menu on the monitors was big and clear. When I placed my order the server was very nice and knew the menu perfectly. My food was brought out quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. The wings were great. I had the curly fries as a side. They were made to perfection. The lemonade was some of the best homemade lemonade I've ever had. The only thing I didn't love was that the mild sauce was a good bit hotter than what mild usually is. It wasn't bad, it just caught me off guard and wasn't quite what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Vegan tenders - really tasty. Almost like a gardein tender but with great flavor and sauce. Sides - tasty but smaller portions, really only meant for one person. Chicken wings - (from the meat eater) the extra hot wings are the perfect level of heat and good flavor! Didn't love the lemon pepper rub but might just be personal preference.

They're ok. Just ok. I think it's a little overpriced for what they give but it gets the job done.

GIreat wings & the best service I had driven by the restaurant several times and wondered how good could this wings be!! So I bust a sharp right and drove to the restaurant. The cashier was very friendly and patient with me while I tried to decide on WHICH combo. I chose #1 just to be sure I did like the good. They didn't disappoint! Next time in I'm going for it! Please try! There is a location closer to my home..GOD is good! Oh did I mention the outside sittin w/ a tv while u wait, priceless!!!

Always good, quick and fresh. I've experience once the food was cold and they forgot my sauce for a side but every other time, spot on! Call ahead or order online is the best option. I was not expecting to come here but I am glad I did. This place is great. I think it is a family run black owned business. The venue was celebrating their 1 year anniversary and the place was really clean on the inside. I ordered the 10 pc bone-in wings (5 Hotlanta and 5 Sweet garlic). I ordered the Oreo Churro. The hot wings had some heat to them but not too hot. The sweet garlic was interesting and good. The Oreo Churro was extremely good. It had cream filling on the inside and powder sugar on the outside.I will return and try more exotic flavors.

I DO NOT recommend this location. Wings were raw cashier had a nasty attitude, and this place just seemed overall unhygienic.. I have been to the other location they're clean they respectable and I've never had a problem with their food. This location unfortunately is not well managed and not properly staffed and you need a better chef who cooks and prepares the meat thoroughly. I will be sending this information to the health department for further review, waste of $40 never again will I go to this location?

Food was good. Got the buffalo wings with fries. Just wish the wings were bigger though
