Urban Sprout

Came in Sunday afternoon and we got some tea and sandwiches. First, very friendly greeting from the owners who gave us the rundown of everything food and drink wise. They have a display case with most food and it all looked soooo good. Lots of coffee drink options too. The sandwiches we got were amazing! The bread was incredible and every ingredient was perfect together. Highly recommend!The space is super well done too. Lots of plants and natural light. Wood and black accents. They're building a patio space soon too!

More people need to know about this place! Such a gorgeous venue and incredible service! Super sweet and knowledgeable staff. Easily made accommodations for my gluten allergy without hesitation or complaint. I parked in the back lot and was a little confused by the lack of signage on the door, but I also loved the simplicity of the facade. The upstairs is probably my favorite. I can see myself spending a LOT of time here when school starts back on a couple weeks. Low, warm lighting. Comfortable seating includes modern sofas and armchairs with tables at the perfect height between the two. There are a few standard tables up here and lots of bar height seating. Overall it's a fabulous use of space and very cozy. This spot is definitely a hidden gem in the Cleveland Park community. Highly recommend!! Follow them on Instagram to stay up to date on when they start breakfast on Saturdays! I overheard the owner say that he and his wife are the only employees so they're taking it slow...and rightfully so!! Can't wait to go back! (I actually dined here on 4/28 and thought the review I had drafted was gone until I opened the app today and saw a notification that I had a draft saved... didn't know the app held onto drafts for you like that but I'm glad it did because I was mournful that I hadn't gotten the opportunity to tell the world about this place yet!)

Omgosh if you guys haven't tried the new cafe, Urban Sprout, in Cleveland Park East Nashville - you have to go! All homegrown and homemade products. Fresh bread, soups, teas, coffee, macaroons, cookies, cakes etc etc. We had the chicken potpie today- BEST OF MY LIFE I kid you not. My friend got the chicken, pesto, and sundries tomato sandwich which was also outstanding!! Support this sweet and awesome family! Go check em' out! Address is 1224 Meridian st. Didn't know polish bread was a thing. But now I do and can't live without it. Incredible!!

This is a great little new spot up in east Nashville. We came here for lunch. Decor was really nice. The owner was the guy who checked us out. Very friendly and informative. We can tell he really cares a lot about the business and that makes such a big difference. Inside is very clean in ultramodern. The food is grown mostly local and you can really taste that. Everything had a fresh taste and just wonderful decors . I highly recommend this place for a breakfast pastry or lunch sandwich.

Right now this place is still an under the radar secret. Picture an independent Panera where the food is made by a Polish Grandmother. Amazing soups, great salads, and the best cold brew in town...plus loaves of fresh baked bread to take home for later

Charming atmosphere (love the upstairs couch space) with consistently good food. So far, we have really liked each meal. Though it's pricier than most cafes/coffee shops around, the quality of food is so much fresher and better than most. The couple who owns it have been very welcoming. I hope they can expand their hours soon.

This is an amzing cafe with a bunch of Polish insprired lunch. We had the chicken avo sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, a cold brew, and a matcha latte (along with a loaf of bread to go). Everything was outstanding and the owners were great to talk with. We miss the pizza shop, but Urban Sprout is a great replacement. It's beautiful inside and easy parking right in back. We literally can't wait to go back and try some more!

Incredible spot! Add Urban Spot to your "to-do" list. Came in on a cold day to be warmed by their umami bomb of a mushroom soup and chicken pot pie... we looked ridiculous - easily smashed our meal in less than 10 minutes. It's THAT good! Give Brandon a visit. You won't be disappointed. We'll be back to try out more of the menu, as this spot has earned a place in our go-to's rotation.

Fabulous food, presentation, and service. Just happened upon this place and I'm so glad we did.
