Became the hero of the party with these treats. Cookies are out of this world. Prickly pear frosted 8/10, confetti cookie 10/10, snickerdoodle 9/10Cupcakes were delicious. They were gone in seconds. Stop here for all your birthdays, parties, or cheat days needs

I stopped in and purchased a Marble Cupcake. It was $8.95!! Wow! I know I'd looked at their online menu before and it states they are $4.40. At the time of paying I was so shocked at the price I thought well maybe they had gone up. I came home and looked at their Menu, clicked through from Yelp, and sure enough it states $4.40! These cupcakes are okay, $4.40 worth, not $8.95 worth! I'll go to Lillibet's where a better cupcake is $5.95!

Best cupcakes in az for sure starting from left Coffee one is the best Lemon and blueberry second best strawberry last. They taste fresh and no artificial flavoring. Moist and great ratio of frosting to cakeCookies are good but the cupcakes are the star

Their product is fantastic but their communication with the customer is abysmal. You call their number and you are instructed to call a different number to leave a text message that they may get back to you or they may not. Not worth the hassle IMO

I am not new to Urban Cookie as I have been to the original location quite a bit. This location is a quick turn off Shea and is clean with friendly employees. I really love this spot as it's close to my office so was great to stop in. I love there are not additives and they offer vegan and gluten free options. Their cupcakes and cookies are amazing and cannot pick a favorite flavors as they have all been great. They have their standard flavors and also monthly specials. Cannot wait to stop in soon!

I AM a connoisseur of cupcakes: :) Urban Cookies Bakeshop is definitely on my Top 3 cupcake list. Not only do they have delicious cupcakes but cookies & brownies too. They cater & make special occasion cakes too.Thank you Tonya & Whitney for your patience, happy energy & FIRST CLASS service. I picked several different flavors which were all scrumptious :) My favorite is the Lemon Honey cupcake. The icing was light, fluffy & not overly sweet, the cake was moist, full of flavor & left me craving for more, which I retuned a couple of days later for several more. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious treat.There's plenty of drive up parking & it's located right off Shea & 101Frwy exit. The store smells amazing, has great welcoming energy & has become one of my favorite places in Scottsdale to visit :)

Oh my goodness! I just have to say, Urban Cookies are absolutely incredible. I recently tried their lavender and honey cupcake and let me tell you, it was out of this world! The cake itself was so moist and heavenly, and the frosting was like a dream - it tasted just like whipped ice cream. And let's not forget about their pineapple and oatmeal raisin cookies. Wow, oh wow! These cookies were bursting with amazing flavors that were beyond words. Just thinking about them makes my taste buds tingle with excitement. I'll be going back very soon!

Ugh! I am so sad that they opened a location by me in Scottsdale! I have no will power, and everything is so damn delicious. I hadn't been to the Phoenix location in years, but I remembered it was amazing so I had to go check it out again. Omg! Their cupcakes are so amazing. The frosting is so light, it's sweet, but not too sweet - they are just perfect, and I am in love. The woman helping us was great. She let us know what flavors were their best sellers , etc...The presentation of the cupcakes and cookies was nice, and made me want to try everything. We opted for 4 cupcakes and 2 cookies. My favorite thing was the pineapple coconut cookie. Help. I'm going to be a regular !

I stopped by here at 3PM on a Saturday to get my vegan sister a treat.They only had the chocolate party cupcake available as a vegan item, which I understood - given the time of day. The other unavailable options were banana coconut cupcake, and some cookie. I would say the cupcake was nothing special - It tasted very similar to the vegan Rubicon ones at Whole Foods. My sister said she wished the white frosting had some sort of flavor to it - whether it be more vanilla bean, etc.Otherwise, I am happy I finally got to try this bakery. Very cute inside and cute treats!

We came here to pick up our online order for some cookies and cupcakes. Parking was plentiful and this place smelled so good when we stepped inside. The aroma of baked goods and seeing a lot of selection was great. The staff were also very welcoming. We ordered a lot of cupcakes and cookies but I can only comment on the ones I actually tried. The Birthday Cake cupcake was delicious and same with the Vanilla cupcake. The Milk & Dark Chocolate Chip, the Snickerdoodle, and Peanut Butter cookies were all delicious. We definitely wanted to try everything in the store. I didn't take a picture of everything we ordered but that's okay!We'll be back in the future to try everything else!
