The baristas are always welcoming and smiling, the coffee is smooth and creamy, and it's just the best place to go. The coffee never disappoints!

I always love supporting local small business and this little gem is just around the corner from my house. It's always busy, which should tell you something about the quality. I've honestly never had a less-than-stellar experience. I'm also thrilled that they've added Lotus to their menu - thank you!

This is my favorite coffee drive thru when I am in the Silverdale area. The girls are so friendly and always make a point to make conversation. They also do a military discount which is always a plus! The coffee tastes great and is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work

Sizes are great! Coffee is the BEST!!!!! Smoothies are even better!!!! It's a definite win! Will return soon!!!

My coffee maker stands alone and depressed at the corner of my kitchen. It's gaze judges me as I leave every morning; no longer do I fiddle with the controls. It sits gathering dust and sadness. I leave with a smile knowing my favorite coffee shop is on my way to work. Am I a bad person for watching as my machine fades into the background? I don't know. But my morning routine has changed and my life is better. The morning barista has learned my order at this point. This may be an indication that I go too often but the convenience is welcome.The coffee is delectable, the baristas are wonderful, and the punch card gets you ANY drink ANY size.Big ups to the location, considering how many people drive past on their way to work. Maybe add some cumin to the breakfast burritos.

Went looking for a good coffee and breakfast sandwich place, and found urban city. Coffee and customer service- got a medium coffee and they put the right amount of sugar and cream in it. Coffee was good, not burnt and hot. The customer service was very friendlyFood- ordered a breakfast sandwich since they were out of breakfast burritos. Turns out it was a microwaved sandwich and it was still cold in the middle. Would not recommend this place for food.

Today I visited Urban and I drove away so happy from my experience! I order a cappuccino and the espresso was so fresh and strong. The customer service was amazing and they gave my kids these cute little iced water cups. If you want the best coffee and a smile on your face the rest of day stop at this gem!

Started as a customer when it had a different name 21 years ago. It is not the same owner however they still serve the same coffee brand. I love the coffee brand they serve! Their customer service is inconsistent which keeps me away. Each time I go back I regret it. Today on my way to work I stopped. I pulled up and was car number two, NO other cars! The vehicle ahead of me was a flatbed type truck. I sat behind the truck for 3 minutes before the chit chat ended and the vehicle moved forward. As I pulled forward the barista went to her station and the cashier took my order. I pulled around and sat behind the truck as the barista and driver continued to chit chat. I watched as the driver was handed his drink, the truck did not drive off. It sat there as the barista made my coffee. Once it was done, the truck pulled away and there my drink sat on the counter. It was handed to me with no thank you or words said. What a way to start my workday! Unbelievable poor customer service! I'm done with Urban City!

Our favorite coffee place! The girls are always so nice and accommodating and the coffee is delicious. WCM are hit or miss depending on what the cafe uses, urban city definitely gets it right every time! And I always appreciate a military discount!

They weren't wearing masks. And talking to us . Yuk! And. She smelled like perfume and got it on cup . I hate smelling perfume on the cup when I'm trying to taste the coffee.
