Urban Chops

The two sandwiches my wife and I shared from Urban Chops are probably the best sandwiches we will have this year.We shared a crunch chicken with bacon sandwich on a bao bun and an urban pork sandwich on a bao bun. I honestly couldn't tell you which was better but they were both unbelievably good. Each individual component of the sandwich was executed masterfully. The chicken and the bacon was crunchy and tender. The pork was tender and juicy and had a crispy sliver of what I think was fried pork skin. Excellent.The service was acceptable but not exceptional. I'll give them a pass considering how delicious their food is.As for the ambiance the place is very very casual. Just come in however you are.

Amazing Vietnamese-inspired sandwiches are served here. The veggies are crisp and fresh, the baguettes perfectly flaky and the meat slices are well seasoned.The lady at the counter was friendly and the food arrived quickly.The ambience was fine. Don't expect candlelit dining but it was clean and the bathrooms were well maintained.

The reviews don't lie. These are the best non-traditional banh mis you will find. Although they are pricier than regular banh mis, they fill the sandwiches with a lot of the protein. Therefore, it's worth it to me. We tried the spicy shrimp and pork sandwich, 10/10! I would especially get this if you like spicy. Something else that blew us out of the water was their crème brûlée. The best crème brûlée I've ever had!! That's def a must try. I can't wait to return and try some other items on their menu.

How have we lived in Auburn for this long and didn't know this place existed. Went for lunch today and OMG, the best sandwich I've had in many months. The crispy calamari on one of their buns, absolutely amazing. My husband had the urban pork and our friend a noodle salad. These are non traditional but who cares.I'm going to ask next time I'm there if they can make the noodle salad and put the calamari on it. I don't care what I have to pay.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I enjoy the food. I enjoy the quick service and I enjoy the people that serve me. The biggest complaint that I have overall is the fact that they are not open for longer hours or open for more convenient hours. Because let me tell you these sandwiches that they provide are fire and I would be more than likely to be ordering this at 10 o'clock at night or whenever I'm drunk because the food was amazing. There is normally a group of 4 that have ordered from there on a couple of different occasions, and they have never cease to amaze us. Their food is impeccable, and I am grateful that they are in business!

Whoa!!!! The wife and I were coming through the Auburn area, anyway, so we started looking for salad places or something where everyone in the family could eat (all of us have food allergies). We were originally going for healthy, but that went right out the window when my wife came across photos of the food here!The bao sandwiches all looked incredible, so she diverted us here. The service was super quick and easy, as the place was inexplicably empty except for a takeout order. The ambiance was simple - no frills, because it's in the food. It's a simple location with just a few chairs, so at first, we were confused. Y'ALL! There should be a line out the door for this. My sandwich was absolutely delicious! My wife could not stop raving about hers, and the daughter crushed her pork kids meal. Needless to say, if we are ever back in the area, we will be stopping in!!

Yumm, this place was delish! I ordered the crunchy chicken w/ bacon banh mi. Personally next time I will get with out bacon but overall a great sandwich. Husband tried a bao bun burger and it was also very good. We ordered Takeout and the wait wasn't too long. We will definitely be returning.

Had this recommended to me and by far one of the best recommendations of places I've received. Their banh mi is unbeatable and the rice plates are just as yummy.Their service was nice and quick! I ordered through the phone and the transaction was fast :)They have a small dine in area on the side, though the parking is kind of weird.

Very innovative. Very, very delicious! Wow!!! I'm a large man and I got full. These sandwiches are on another level.

Best Banh mi sandwich! We had the ginger shrimp and crab sandwich. Lots of meat, crispy roll, fresh veggies. Flavors were amazing. I can't wait to go back and try the others but it will be a tough decision with how good our first one was!!Oh and the flan/burnt cream was also delicious! I think it's my all time favorite. Wish I had the recipe
